Great location, comfortable apartment with everything you needed.

Monaco's location is second to none. It's almost in the heart of Caloundra yet just steps away from the esplanade and boardwalk.

The views and the service as well as the gorgeous apartment had everything you needed

We enjoyed all the inclusive entertainment and the park grounds. They were so refreshing and nice. Open environment for kids to run around and great to look at each morning.

We stayed on the 8th floor in apartment 68. View out to the ocean was fantastic, the balconies are plenty big enough. Everything you needed in the apartment for cooking, it was like a home away from home but with the best view. Our apartment had three bedrooms and two bathrooms that were recently renovated. Lovely and clean. Had a great time away, we are booked to stay here again soon. The pool was amazing, so warm and perfect for our toddler.

Apart from the cyclone preventing me from accessing the beach I could see it especially well from Alex Surf Club and it was brilliant!

The pool was great, especially for our son who is not a super confident swimmer. Because a large section of it is not deep he could move around in the water more confidently. Lovely view over the water from the room too. The beds were super comfy.

Spacious apartment, close to all the activities we had planned. Comfy beds, big shower and bathroom, separate toilet, laundry facilities were great, views river excellent especially when the lights reflected on the river. Big fridge and kitchen with everything for a long stay. Salt water pool was lovely.

Quiet and serene location overlooking Lake Kawana. Nice and safe pathways along lake to walk and short distance via walk to excellent cafes and restaurants. Every query via email responded to in a prompt and timely manner by management. Very security conscious and not short of any facility.

Nice quite location, central to Sunshine coast facilities. Great facilities at a reasonable price.

We were very impressed with the standard of this apartment. We have a couple of days here and wanted somewhere that felt a little luxurious and was close to the beach and other amenitities. This apartment delivered. The quality of furnishings is really high and it was immaculate. There were very clear instructions and our questions were answered really promptly. The shops and restraurants were less than a minute walk away and yet it was also very quiet which was great. Highly Recommend

Location and view were peaceful and relaxing. Also very convenient to everything we needed.

We have a birthday weekend getaway for our family, the house have plenty of space for 8 of us, my daughters was sleeping in walk in closet >< . They said it like cubby house. The house got pretty much everything we needed. Anne leaves nice bottle of wine and lovely card for us :0 Kids have a great time, adults relax and catch up with friends, including our fur baby’s ‘star’ first time on the beach nonstop running :)
