The host was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. We booked short notice, last minute after our initial booking in San Ignacio proved to be a pretty awful place. This apartment was great, and a perfect place to base our day trips out of for five nights. Well located, low noise, close to the center of town if you have transport.

The home is brand new and sitting on a hill with a beautiful view of the jungle and pool down below. Frankie, the owner and operator, was amazing. He helped book all of our tours and made sure that everything was as it should be with the home. He picked us up at the airport and drove us back with a stop at the ziplines on the way back to Belize City. His home is very nice and located about 2 miles outside of downtown San Ignacio, so it's an easy trip into town for dinner.

Very big room with an excellent kitchen and a cozy outdoor patio. The location is excellent, just off Burns Avenue towards the hills. You can walk to the city center in 3 mins to one direction and to Iguana sanctuary/Maya choco experience to the other direction about the same time. Extremely welcoming owner with good tips around town. They have a Marie Sharp's hot sauce shop and a chill lounge bar upstairs. They also provide cooking classes.
