Self-Catering Accommodations in Larkhall

Location - it was about an hour from Edinburgh and 45 minutes from Glasgow. It was not far from some other places for food, but the town of Law is relatively small with very little in the way of attractions or amenities. That was not why we stayed in this area. The property had easy stairs with three bedrooms and a nice living room. The two beds upstairs were decently comfortable.

Apartment was cozy, clean, had everything we needed and was in a great location!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Unique Orchard Lodge. The setting is truly idyllic, offering a peaceful retreat that feels miles away from the everyday hustle, yet with all the conveniences you could want for a scenic getaway. The hosts, Jacqui and Andrew, were exceptionally gracious and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Their warmth and attentiveness really elevated our experience. They were incredibly accommodating and offered any assistance we needed, especially given the inclement weather during our visit. Their hospitality made us feel truly looked after. The lodge itself has every convenience required for a tranquil escape. It’s clear that every detail has been considered to ensure comfort and ease, making relaxation effortless. The hot tub deserves a special mention—outstanding and perfectly positioned to make the most of the stunning views. It added an extra layer of luxury to our stay and was the ideal way to unwind after a day of exploring. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already booked again. Unique Orchard Lodge is, without doubt, a peaceful, calm, and relaxing place to stay, and we whole-heartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

The area is quite & green. The room has all supplies & cleanliness level is great. The view of town is amazing from up the hill. It’s a great relaxing spot & near by train station, bus stop points & there is a public park in a walking distance, with some lake activities for both kids & adults, play grounds… Staff are very supportive, helped with luggage, and provided quick respond via booking for airport transport, all in all, I’ll stay here again.

Lovely setting excellent facilities

A very peaceful location where you can completely switch off. The wood burner tub was a lovely way to spend the evening amongst the beautiful trees. A nice trip for 2 people, including mother and daughter .
