RomaniaWe are a couple who stayed here from mid-December to mid-January. We believe we were the first guests to rent this apartment, as all the kitchenware was brand new.
The location is arguably the best in Saint-François and across Guadeloupe. It is right next to a hypermarket, ATMs, a pharmacy, the Marina, a fruit and vegetable market, an ice cream parlor, and souvenir shops. It is also within walking distance of the beach, the Casino, the maritime station (perfect for island hopping), and the fish market. By car, you can reach the furthest point on the island in just 1 hour and 30 minutes.
The pool is open daily from 8:00 to 20:00; it is very clean and usually very quiet, often with no one else there. Access is free for residents. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a dishwasher, and includes a private parking space. The internet is fiber-linked, and the Wi-Fi is incredibly fast (feels like gigabit speeds).
Our host, Claudy, was very friendly and attentive. We truly believe we got the best value-for-money deal possible, especially considering we stayed during the Christmas and New Year’s period.

Super cozy studio with a great kitchen, washing machine and comfortable beds. The area is quiet, the swimming pool great and the private beach really relaxing. We booked super last minute and were able to check in right away, would definitely recommend staying here.

The key argument is a huge balcony with a stunning view over harbour and sea! we spend most of our time there just watching … Two bathrooms with separated WCs are a plus for a small group (up to 6), well equiped kitchen.

The villa was spacious and comfortable and we had access to the pool. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook in aswell.
The owner was very friendly and cooked us a lovely meal on our arrival which was much needed after a long day of travelling and arriving late at the property.

Very friendly host who guided us to the place and provided useful info about recommendations on point of interest nearby - restaurant, boulangerie and etc. Close to the gare maritime too.

Wonderful place! New, stylish, clean, comfortable and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Great view. Only a few minutes from a quiet and clean beach and also a large swimming pool. Guarded and secure. Free parking. A very cheerful and hospitable hostess who made us feel at home. THANK YOU. I highly recommend this place to have a picefull stay at your vacation.

Check-in went smoothly and communication with Michael was good. I had a good stay a the apartment, which has everything. Restaurants, bars and beaches are not far away and there is small parking lot where to park the car. A great bakery was around the corner as well.
There was good wifi, a/c and a functioning kitchen with microwave and cooking plates. I would definitely come back :)

We enjoyed 10 days in this apartment and it was perfect for our needs. It is small but had the perfect size for a couple and a 10y old child. The kitchen is on the outside so you need to take care of food that suffers with the high humidity. The bedroom has air conditioning which is absolutely comfortable. Toilet is separated from the bathroom, in case you need some extra privacy. All of the beds were really comfortable.
