Incredible lake side place, very quiet, great private beach and pool, central location for touring Garda, Sirmione and local town (Desenzano) is and filled with restaurants and store.

It's a very calm and nice place. The territory of residential complex is huge, green, locked and supervised by security. So it's totally safe. You can let kids ride bikes on the territory and not worry about anything. The host is such a nice lady! She was in contact from the very beginning, gave us all the information and was always ready to help. I can't recomend more! Inside the residential complex there are 3 huge swimming pools - all with a watch, so again, it's totally safe. Apartment includes a small garden and a table.

We spent 4 nights in this beautiful apartment, The host met us to provide us with keys and clear instructions about the apartment. She communicated with us clearly and quickly about check-in and check-out procedures. The on-site parking lot was easy to use and a huge plus. We are Sabbath observers and really appreciated the 2 minute walk to synagogue as well as being able to use regular non-electronic keys on the Sabbath. The bed was comfortable. The washing machine was important for us to utilize in the middle of our trip and worked very well, after the host and her neighbor figured out that we needed to turn the water on. The kitchen facilities were excellent. We did not have time to use the pool, but it looked fantastic. We would highly recommend staying in this apartment.

Our family room was well-equipped and comfortable for us. Staff was very helpful and even allowed us a later checkout time which we appreciated.

Beautifully designed apartment that is super comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy your stay!

We booked an apartment with few hours before arrival and we were super surprised. Everything was perfect! The apartment very big and clean, with a kitchen well equipped. The pool for the little one was just perfect after many hours spent in the car. The Mr from the reception was very supportive, helping us with all the things we needed. Thank you! We will definitely comeback here!

Great view of the lake and enjoyed the comfortable bar terrace area with music in the evening. Also appreciated the nice large shower and sitting area.

The location was very central, with a supermarket right behind the complex. We had a car so it was a five minute drive to the lake shore. Pool was super, Beside a road but that didn’t annoy us, and the staff very helpful. We were also in the area for the hail storm on 23rd and we are so thankful the apartment had underground parking - as any vehicle parked on a road was damaged.

Gianlorenzo is a excellent friendly host. The location is perfect. Highly recommend it.

It was within walking distance of the nice area with a lot of restaurants, but still far enough away to be quiet and peaceful.

The property was in the perfect location and had everything we needed to feel comfortable.

What's not to like??? super cute, super clean, super comfy, and really felt like we were staying somewhere special. The host was extra welcoming, was not in a rush like some, and answered all our questions, laid out the map. Best place we stayed in Italy out of the 6 places. And if you wanted a refreshment, there was a small vending machine. They really thought of everything. it was 0.8 mi from the trains station, we walked to it in 20 min, and only 10 min from the ferry.
