We had a wonderful stay at La Romantica. The apartment is extremely well appointed, it is bright and cheerful. The bed is really comfortable. The view of the lake is stunning. And the host is so nice and welcoming.

Location is a quick walk uphill from the train station, spacious set up. Owners were kind to let us stay past the 10:30 check-out on our last day since our trains didn’t leave until much later in the afternoon which was much appreciated. Luckily no clients had booked for the day after. Thanks so much!

Proximity to lake and Promenade

So clean and quiet and tranquil. The pool is amazing for kids, it has a soft bottom and lots of shallow area to play in. The food at the restaurants is good. The store and laundry are convenient and our kids loved the play ground. You can walk into the town of Feriolo. It's a very pretty area. Everything was very clean and the staff was very helpful.

Incredibly view, very clean and has everything you need. As others have mentioned there are a lot of stairs so be mindful with lots of luggage. There is also free parking a 2 minute walk away.

Our apartment was amazing and exceeded all expectations. The balcony stretched across the front of our apartment and had incredible views over the lake and to the mountains. The apartment itself was spacious and all amenities provided, along with a kitchen hidden behind cupboard doors. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the €5 Italian breakfast was satisfying and delicious. We absolutely loved our stay.

My friends and I loved everything about it. As other reviewers have noted, yes, the location is somewhat remote. Yes, you need a car. But that's a big part of the appeal. It's very convenient to Stresa without being right in the middle of the tour bus crowds.

The property was spotlessly clean. The outdoor area was furnished beautifully and the view was incredible. The host was very friendly and very efficient. The room and bathroom were large and the kitchen set up efficient.

The rooms are very nice, the location as well, the garden, the view from the teras are wonderful; the only small thing where there is room to improve is the checkout time - it might be rather 11:00 a.m. instead of 10:00 a.m. in order for the guests to be able to enjoy fully the last morning at the property :)

Phenomenal place - modern/updated, clean, spacious and a killer view. Very private. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend. Quick walk into town for meals, touring, shopping. Host is responsive, friendly and close by.
