Don't look elsewhere, this is the DREAM villa for your holiday! Private access to white beach, wonderful terrace with sun beds, modern, clean villa with spacious fridge and modern bathroom. Sudath (owner) is super nice, he got in contact with us earlier than our arrival and was always available no matter the question. Dana, Isha and yamuna took amazing care of us cooking us wonderful and super tasty breakfasts, lunches and dinners, super nice and available for anything... We got treated as royals, if we could give a higher score than 10/10 we would!! The villa is next to the center and close to shops and restaurants but still so quiet and private you will not want to leave anymore.

I don’t know where to start. Sometimes things touch your heart so deeply that it’s hard to put them into words. But I must write, to invite all true travelers to come here. This place felt like home to me. When I was leaving, I had tears in my eyes. A warm home with incredibly kind and wonderful people. People with big hearts who truly love Sri Lanka and invite you to discover the beauty of this country. I am deeply grateful to the amazing Iren and his wonderfully kind wife for creating unforgettable memories. I’m sure that when I return home and look back on my Sri Lanka memories, I will always remember this house and its great people with a lasting smile. Thank you for everything.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere from the moment we arrived. It’s the perfect spot if you're looking to unwind in a quiet and peaceful setting. The management was very friendly and helpful, always available if we needed anything and making sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. The villa had all the essentials, including free Wi-Fi and hot water, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, a great experience – we truly appreciated the cleanliness, tranquility, and warm hospitality. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free getaway!

We have just finished our second stay at Villa Cinnamon Land, and it was every bit as wonderful as the first. If you are looking for an authentic, high-quality experience of Sri Lankan hospitality, look no further. The Hosts Saman and his family are absolutely lovely. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Their communication is excellent, and they are incredibly accommodating to any request. Whether it was arranging reliable cars, organizing quick tuk-tuk rides, or planning day trips, Saman handled everything seamlessly. The Food: One of the highlights of staying here is the food. We enjoyed delicious, fresh meals every single day. It truly saves you the hassle of searching for restaurants when the best food in town is being served right at your table. * The House: Spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The house has two bedrooms, full kitchen, living room and a washing machine which comes in handy after weeks traveling. * The Grounds: The garden is peaceful and surrounded by cinnamon trees. * The Village: Charming and friendly. It’s a great way to experience the local culture away from the typical "tourist bubbles." There are a few local shops to get basic things and snacks. * Proximity: While the villa tucked away in a smaller village, it is perfectly positioned for exploring. Beautiful beaches and tourist sites are just a short trip away. We visited cinnamon plantations, the moon stone mine, traditional hand loom weaving and some historic and interesting temples. We cannot recommend Villa Cinnamon Land enough. Thank you, Saman, for another great stay. We will definitely be back for a third visit!
