It was huge two bed with lounge apartment and two big washrooms. Very good for family stay. We stay another hotel in Samarkand near airport with almost same price but then I really regret that why I didn't book this apartment. It was awesome apartment and value for money.

A family-feeling yet very private and comfortable for a solo woman traveler. It appeared to be a family-owned business - very, very friendly and helpful. The location is quiet and private yet within easy walking distance of the major sites. Breakfast was good.

I had a great experience staying at Sole Family Guesthouse. Rustam was an excellent host—very welcoming, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. He created a warm, family-like atmosphere that really gave me a sense of local Uzbek hospitality and culture, which made the experience even more special. The room matched the description perfectly, with all the essential amenities provided. The place was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. I also appreciated the location—it’s very convenient and close to major attractions like Registan Square and Siyab Bazaar, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Overall, this was a smooth and pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend Rustam as a host to anyone visiting Samarkand.

My stay at Hotel Turist Samarkand was absolutely delightful, and I cannot recommend this place highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed, not like a guest at a hotel but like a visitor in a caring family home. The hotel is family owned, and this truly shows in every detail. The owners and staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and always smiling. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable, offering help with directions, recommendations, and anything else you might need. Their hospitality feels sincere and heartfelt, which made my stay especially memorable. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast. It was generous, fresh, and delicious, with a wonderful variety of local and homemade options. Everything was prepared with care, and it was the perfect way to start each day before exploring Samarkand. You can really feel the love and effort put into the food. The hotel itself is cozy, clean, and peaceful. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. The overall ambiance is warm and calm, making it easy to unwind and feel at home. It’s the kind of place where you actually look forward to returning in the evening. The location is also very convenient, allowing easy access to Samarkand’s main attractions while still being quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Very clean hostel, big, tasty, fresh local free breakfast. Great location 4 min walk from Registan square. Staff is lovely, kind, they serve free tea, biscuits, fruit at the common sitting area in the evening. The room is very big, the place is very clean

I chose this place because of design that conveys the culture of Uzbekistan. I liked everything here, the owners are friendly. Breakfast is not yet served as a buffet, but according to your desire and taste, a large table will be set for you in the morning. They can also offer Samarkand pilaf for lunch, this is very convenient if you don’t want to look for a place to try local pilaf.

A huge thank you to the host - Timur. He is the heart and soul of the place! So friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We really felt like home. The rooms are very cozy, the breakfasts are tasty and wholesome, the location is perfect. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for more than just a place to sleep - it’s a genuine, warm hospitality experience.

They allowed me late check-in, the room was clean, staffs kind and friendly, last but not least the breakfast was great

If I could rate with more than 10, I would definitely do. During my stay in Samarkand, I got food poisoning, and the help, kindness, and support from the host saved the day. They brought me food and medication, arranged an ambulance, and helped with communication in the hospital - they literally did everything - and I am more than grateful to them. Aside from that, the rooms are spacious, bright, they have AC, the country yard is very tranquil, and the hotel is located 10-15  minutes walking from main attractions. I would definitely recommend the place and would stay here again if I return to Samarkand!!!
