The staff was excellent, the owner was very nice and attentive. Breakfast was huge and delicious. The location is also great, close to everything in the old town. . Highly recommended.

The location inside the walls was amazing and gave us a chance to wonder around whenever we wanted.. The staff was so helpful and it is a great family guest house. They arranged the camping to Ayaz Kala on the spot for us, and they have been helpful all along. It was so close to the attractions and the view was beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse. The location is perfect – right inside the old city walls, which made it easy to explore everything on foot and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere in the evenings. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Breakfasts were delicious and very filling – a great start to the day. Highly recommended!

The property is located inside fortification wall. The host is very friendly and always ready to help. She made a tasty breakfast that was fresh. There were so many different dishes that we couldn't fit them all on the table at the same time. It was like a big feast, we enjoyed the yummy food she prepared! The host and her family came to see us off during our checkout.

A quiet lovingly decorated guesthouse with a pretty balcony area for breakfast. Breakfast was good. The staff were exceptional. At our first breakfast the young manager came up the stairs carrying a chocolate cake with a candle for my birthday! They had obviously taken note of my DOB from my passport. What a sweet gesture! Highly recommend to fellow travellers. Thanks for making our stay special.

The ownerMr Razali, was very friendly. He is so skilled and he is so gentle and possess such great culinary skill ! Mr Razali is also good with fishing and so much more. All was good: the property, the house kipper, the breakfast.

Location: It is close to Khiva Train Station. Also we can walk to the Eastetn Gate of Itchan Kala. Staff was very responsive. Appartment is new. We have all facilities we need. Supermarket us nearby (in front of the Railways Station). Staff met us upon arrival. He also arranged taxi to meet us at Urgench Train Station.
