It was beautiful, the garden was taken care of, the bungalows were clean and with nice interior. The hosts, especially Mao, were very friendly and would happily answer our requests. The breakfast was delicious too!

We loved our stay at Pavi Home! Our host, Pepsi and her family were wonderful and made us feel welcome instantly. The views from the Homestay are breathtaking and the rooms are beautifully furnished.  It truly felt like an oasis.  A delicious breakfast was included and you can’t miss out on the hot pot available for dinner. We didn’t get a chance to try the barbecue, but it looked amazing as well! Pepsi was great at checking in and communicating with us, offering assistance whenever needed. She helped us arrange taxis, and the motorbike rental. We absolutely loved the family’s pets too :) Definitely worth the visit and highly recommended homestay in Sapa! We miss it so much.

We were there when the weather was the coldest in January and we’re very grateful for the hot showers, heating lamp in the showers when changing, and electric blanket in the bedrooms. They had a lovely pool table as well, breakfast was good! Great location and lovely hosts. Has a very enjoyable stay

The property isn’t at the center of the city, and that made my family’s experience more quiet and peaceful. After a long day of touring around Sapa, it gave us such cozy and warm feeling because of its location. It’s not that far from the city proper though; it’s only around 5-7 mins by car. Mr. Hieu has been really helpful during our stay because not only was he our host, but he was also our Grab driver and somewhat of a tour guide! He and his wife prepared breakfast for us, and it felt like our home away from home. It’s so cool to get to interact and converse deeper with a Vietnamese local because you’ll learn more about their culture. Not to mention he’s a great English speaker so language barrier wasn’t an issue. 😊

The service was amazing. Such a caring person , went out of his way to buy us a softer mattress, was always trying to make us comfortable! very flexible .Kitchen facility was excellent . Room was very nice and clean

The rooms were so clean and spacious, although rustic everything was comfortable and clean, no bugs or spiders in the room and heated blanket for cold nights! The host is amazing, he set us up with his uncle and aunts batik course, cooked for us, helped us book treks with local guides instead of tour companies and also got me a motorbike to rent. It is so peaceful here and the view is amazing. Booked one night and stayed for 4 :)

The couple who runs this house is so lovely! They were very helpful with transportation, tours, food, laundry. The food was amazing as well and the beds are heated!! Also the location is so nice it’s a bit of a drive from the city but it’s worth it in my opinion!

I stayed with May family almost for a week. What a great decision! Ta - May's son, contacted me instantly after I booked the room, and gave me all the details - he answered all my questions before I asked him! The whole family - May's husband, 2 sons, grandma and grandpa are very nice and always smile to you! Only May speaks English but you never feel left out of the conversation, she is very attentive and interesting to talk too! The guest house at the Homestay is brand new, only 3 months old:) so everything there is really new, the bed, the blankets and pillows, the bathroom is fancy, it's like you have your own house with the little terrace and amazing view at the rice fields, the mountains and the sunsets!! And many cute chickens and ducks:) And it's placed on the little hill so the wind helps to stay cool at evenings and hot days. The Red Dao village is small and quiet and people are friendly! The location of the homestay is superb, there is one road or path, so you just go out about 10 minutes to the right or to the left and you are already at some viewpoints or forest enjoying the nature! I haven't even started about the food yet! The family dinners/lunches are super delicious, they are really good cooks, I lived in Vietnam more than a year and here I tried the best spices I had in Vietnam so far! And the food are prepared from the vegetables they grow on their land, very fresh and organic. Everything is made with care at the Happy Bungalow! Thank you so much for creating this place where people can stay, rest and enjoy!

The staff were amazing, made us really feel at home. The area was beautiful with a vegetable garden you can help yourself too. As well as this we were given a selection of food items daily.

Mai's pets were so nice to hang out with (especially Mina), the food was great, flavorful and the portions huge. It tasted like Mai and Chu put in so much love into it and she fed us until we rolled on the floor. The view is crazy and breathtaking, it felt like we were the only one left on earth and the common spaces in the house were so comfy, like a coccoon. Chu even made our dreams come true and found a way to get us handmade traditional clothes for us to try and walk at the river. We loved everything so much we came a second time to show our family this little unforgettable house in the middle of Muong Hua valley. Highly recommend for those who seek an authentic stay with Vietnamese and Hmong hosts. Thank you Mai and Chu.
