Very nice modern apartment. Very clean with beautiful views. Convenience of shops like Checkers and Woolworth Food in the same building, as well as restaurants. Walking distance to Eden on the Bay.

Location was beautiful. Apartment was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Many restaurants and grocery stores nearby within walking distance. Safe, onsite parking included. Load shedding lights were provided as well as backup power for wifi router during power outages. Beautiful view of Table Mountain and the beach. Staff was amazing and very accommodating. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Cape Town.

The house is situated in one of the most beautiful areas of Cape Town, looking over Kleinbaai (Small bay) and Big Bay (iconic surfing destination). Host supplied an abundance of valuable information about the area to guests

The view was perfect... the comfert bed,shower, the bath was neat clean... peaceful area..it was more than we expected... Everything was just perfect...we had such a Godly time...I would definitely recommend to anyone...thank you Mike for everything...God bless u

The place is well organized and maintained , the host is friendly .. the area is close to everything, the beach , the shops ... I recommend milkwood place and will definitely go back

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcomed. The house is beautiful, comfortable and has everything required for a relaxing holiday.

Charming, cozy, quiet, clean, and the location in Melkbosstrand is unbeatable. I had a solo mom reset weekend - perfect surf spot and stunning beach is steps away, great restaurants are just a few blocks away, there’s a lovely small garden patio attached to read and write (and dry suits). I’ll definitely be back!
