The staff were particularly nice and accommodating.the room was spotless and the comments about it being dated are unfair, it is class and quality in my opinion. I would definitely stay here again but I would eat at their restaurant rather than locally as it is very appealing and the pub we went to was exceptionally underwhelming.

The breakfast was brilliant. The food we had for lunch and dinner was extremely tasty and every member of staff we spoke to or asked for recommendations or assistance were so pleasant and helpful. The Spa (included in stay!) was lovely and a great size to allow for a relaxing experience. And the additional spa services (Massage etc) were great. All round had a wonderful stay and would definitely return to this hotel!

The food in the restaurant was absolutely phenomenal, especially the evening meals. Beautiful wine and an excellent choice of spirits in the bar. Breakfast had ampule choice and you could clearly tell they used good quality produce by the steak in the evening and sausage on the breakfast. Spa was lovely and relaxing and having the pool and sauna after a day of walking was great.

Great location, deceptive from outside but pleasantly nice inside. Loved the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and swimming pool. Well equipped gym too. No worries about parking ,ample spaces. Great base to discover South Wales. Breakfast was like a full meal, portions extra large,I had to request to decrease my items. Staff a cheerfully and happy to help. Then one thing that could be improved id say is the TV signal. Could not get a clear picture so was annoying when I couldn't watch a film at the end of the night but no big deal.

The room was spacious with a nice bathroom with additional small toiletries. Breakfast was lovely, lots of options and a full welsh breakfast of local ingredients. Whilst we didn't book any treatments the pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were very relaxing and open till late in the evening. Perfect location, rural enough for some lovely walks and views and close enough to the nearest town for any amenities or shopping. A lovely relaxing break; we would definitely visit again.

The Hotel was lovely for swimming & relaxing in the Spa. Massage was great (if a little pricey for back only) Having to book swimming sessions was a bit of a pain but not impossible. Hotel is very handy for walking up Pen y Fan, though the weather was against us last weekend & we had to quit 15 mins, from the summit.
