Spa hotels in Varanasi

Staff were very good. During Maha Kumbh they met our expectations and did everything we asked for. Cleanliness was good in the premises and rooms. The food quality was good. Overall a nice experience of staying in Taj.

Excellent stay and superb food

My first time in Varanasi and this accommodation was excellent. Starting with the attention and care of the owner (Vikas). very attentive and helped us a lot with everything. Also, all the staff were very attentive! The hotel is very well located (in front of the Ganges river) and the breakfast was awesome. I recommend it 100%!!!

The location of the hotel is very near to Assi Ghat. We can reach the Ganges by walking in 2 minutes. The staff was very helpful, they always answered all my questions with a smile on their face. The room was comfy, the air-conditioned worked exceptionally and the hotel also had a generator if power went out. From the terrace, you can view the Ganges. It was a very pleasant stay, I stayed for 8 days and I enjoyed every movement. The hotel staff arranged a Taxi to pick me up and drop me from the airport. I will recommend the hotel if you are planning a visit to Varanasi.

Excellent location right over looking the River Ganges, close to all Spiritual and architecture places of Worship. Very friendly host which assists in to make the visit comfortable

The overall customer service is excellent but the front desk and restaurant was consistently on top of their service delivery. The breakfast was good and given enough to choose from, at least some options was there for non-Indians. The overall hotel cleanliness is moderate given it is undergoing construction.

A wonderful stay in a stunning historical suite, beautifully furnished with great attention to detail. The food was outstanding—flavorful and memorable. Most of all, the team made the experience special through their kindness, attentiveness, and thoughtful service. Chef Sanjeev and sous chef KK, hosts Tanka, Duty Manager Kaif, service staff Vivek, Ganesh, driver Manish among others. Seema and Vinod helped keep the suite beautifully clean and fresh during our stay. Highly recommended!

I found this hotel through aggregator websites. Selected this hotel for a great price. The hotel is equipped with convenience, staff is very helpful, rooms are comfortable , restaurant food is excellent, parking facilities are available on the spot, cloak room facility was provided to me and it was great.
