The hotel’s location was very convenient and offered great value for money, as it was situated just opposite a mall, making shopping and dining easily accessible.

Overall, it is a fabulous hotel with an enviable location While the decor may possibly be considered as somewhat dowdy and dated, the rooms are incrediblely spacious and super comfortable Best of all were the staff. Everyone was eager to help and their command of English was high They helped me resolve all my issues

you can tell it’s a new hotel. really enjoyed our stay! exceeded my expectations. the front desk were very welcoming, always willing to help, also spoke good english so that was convenient for us! restaurant was amazing, never tried such tender beef, servers were very polite and attentive. the hotel also has a spa zone, it was very relaxing, the pool was decent size. housekeeping also were very attentive, caring. overall everyone was eager to help! the location is perfect for sightseeing, exploring. it’s a yes from me!

I like the location, it's near koktobe sightseeing, this is really good place for family. And this is medeo area with good and fresh air, the only place where you can breath freely. Everthing in the hotel were just great.

The hotel is very new, you could easy see it. All bed linens and towels are pleasant to touch. Each room has an AC, great plus. Very good interior design.

Everything 😍 I loved the hospitality. Seda is so helping and happy person . The status is about 10_12 kms away from the centre of the city but the peace you get is worth it . You have the mountain view with lux rooms . Every room is under automation. ❣️ The interiors are so thoughtful. Great restaurant vibes at the terrace ❤️ Will definitely gonna stay here whenever I visit again.

I enjoyed that the hotel staff was helpful and was able to book me in late at night. They were available through out the day and night. They had a spa and resturant on site that you can take advantage of and the wifi had no issues through out my stay. The also had a store to buy from and great for last minute gifts before you leave the country. The staff was able to assist me with obtaining a taxi as well whenever i needed one. The hotel also had 3 working elevators.

Definitely good accommodation for short term trips! Very kind staff. Can help you and understand the situations when u have some troubles with credit card issues. They gave me options to pay later cause I was exhausted after long flight, and I was appreciated!

Rahat is an excellent choice for international guests visiting Almaty for business. I was especially impressed by the hotel’s incredibly efficient room service: online orders consistently arrived within 20–30 minutes, with a wide range of cuisine options, including healthy and fitness‑focused meals. The reception team was equally reliable, helping with everything from booking taxis to securing restaurant reservations. This was my 4th stay at Rahat — and I even extended my stay by another week because I enjoyed it so much. I’m truly grateful for Rahat’s exceptional hospitality!
