All was great! Amazing views and accommodation was incredible too

A trip more beautiful than words can describe, on tag most beautiful boat in the bay. Huge windows, great bathrooms, delicious food, and the staff!!!! They made sure we had everything we desired ,at all times. They created such a great atmosphere and so the guests became friendly an fun. In fact, we made friends with several that we have been happy to meet again as our travels continued.

The hotel is amazing. It is a piece of art in itself. And it is far from noises. The view is wonderful too.

The cruise is superb the staff are very friendly, I would like to thank moon in check in she gave me upgrade to VIP room , and also our butler marry so nice and caring during our stay. I highly recommend this cruise they have halal food too .

We just had the best cruise with Rita and had Stella looking after us who was amazing, she is the best person we have met and was so friendly, helpful and lovely. We want to come back to this cruise to see her again and have another cruise. Highly recommend especially the VIP Room 301!

Breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant offers great food and very reasonable prices. The staff was absolutely nice and professional, making the place feel of a high quality. The room was very comfortable, the bed was big and comfy, the bathroom was very good, the chair and other mobiliary of very good quality. If you want a place to stay the night before or after your cruise, this is a great option! I didn't see the pool or the beach, so I can't speak of it.

We enjoyed our short stay here. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff was very helpful.

Great value, courteous staff, beautiful location

Beautiful resort, amazing staff, delicious food, amazing view of Halong Bay. Beds were super comfortable. Best I’ve slept in Asia. The room was gorgeous and had a great ocean view. We also had the body scrub and facial at the spa and both were amazing. Very well priced and we felt pampered the whole time.

Nice staffs, room with ocean view. We went there on my daughter's birthday , the hotel gave us birthday's cake and nice decor.

We had an exceptional stay at Soleil last December. The room is perfect for family. It was spacious, clean and the bathroom was the biggest i ever seen in a hotel. Staff were helpful and attentive!

Amazing ship and crew, luxurious and beautiful room, really tasteful food. S/O to Ester, Oscar and Long, they are amazing! Really kind, hardworking, helpful and friendly people. We had an amazing time! The heating pool was my favourite thing.

I loved the cruise and the activities we did. Shout out to all the staff and our guide Tommy. I will try to do this cruise again when I come back to Vietnam. My first cruise even and it just set the bar very very high!

What a fabulous experience in a wonderful location. The triple room was good value for three adults and was very comfortable. The bathroom was certainly a room with a view. The food was exceptional, especially the evening dinner. The happy hour was good value. Lots of activities were provided i.e. bamboo boats, swimming, canoeing, spring roll demonstration activity. The staff were very welcoming and polite.
