Nice little hotel next to tram and mulitpe bus stops. Nice little walk away from football stadium, Japan garden and Aquazoo. Staff was very helpful and friendly, room was clean and perfect size, breakfast was served always on time.

The owner greeted us at the door and was very nice. The place clean and meet our expectations. The place is close to the soccer stadium which we walked to from here.

The room was lovely. All the receptionists were helpful and very kind. Very close to the Airport and to the Messe. The restaurant below the hotel was excellent with lovely staff.

Nice clean room. Small and understated but a great value. They also have some much larger rooms. While ours had a wonderful private outdoor veranda. We were conveniently located 700 m from the train line which could take us anywhere. And a €6 Uber ride gets you the 1.4 k to the convention center where we enjoyed our week of exploring Europe's best & biggest selection of caravans. The morning breakfast was a great value to get us started each day. With coffee, juice, yogurt, toast, cereals and boiled eggs as well as sweet breads and bagels, all for €7 each.

I liked the ambiance as soon as I stood in reception. The decor and attentive staff especially as I was alone and not able to speak German also I'm unaided one sided hearing. The breakfast choices were spot on catering to all and staff are all attentive to everyone's requirements without being intrusive.All over the hotel is great quirky art and outside too. Local area is safe to walk around and has plenty of choice of shops etc. I found it so easy to travel around alone on train/trams and ate in local restaurants. I was fortunate to meet and chat with the manager outside of the hotel,not know his role. He is clearly proud of the hotel his parents created for him to put his stamp on it with bringing in technology systems to keep everyone safe without curfews etc. Lenord will keep the hotel fresh and move with the times.
