Friendly hotel. Clean and refurbished very recently. Informal atmosphere. Quiet area but handy for Lytham, Blackpool etc. Lots of computer/phone and appliance charging points. Well cleaned and serviced daily. Shower over bath constant. Temperature.

Myself and my partnerlive in Blackpool and have been dyingto test this hotel out since we saw it been done up. We stayed in the balcany room and we paid £103 for one night. The hotel is stunning it's self and the staff was so welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. Jamie the waitress that served us our food she gets a 5* review from she was lovely. Kevin the owner couldn't have been more welcoming if he tried another 5* stars to him. We had some food downstairs we picked a selection of starters, we found the food very tasty however was very expensive for just a round of started and 2 drinks we paid £60 for 3 starters and 2 drinks and these weren't alcohol drinks either. This was also including 10% discount as we was staying in the hotel. We stayed in room 114 - when we arrived to the room it was lovely and beautifully decorated, however for us the bedroom was on the small side and the bathroom was extreamly small but that's just our opinion. The balcany was amazing. You could hear music blasting from downstairs which we found to be disturbing. Overall the hotel and staff was amazing. Good luck and keep up the amazing work.
