The location was good. The pool was great. The breakfast was great; my kids enjoyed making their own fresh orange juice. Parking was a little difficult but we always found a spot. We only wish we had been able to stay longer.

It was very family-friendly. Had a great view, great facilities and amenities. The pool was excellent for kids and adults. The snack bar was delicious and had a good variety. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable and had great views. The location was perfect! They also have car rentals at good prices and day trips to beautiful spots at very good costs.

Yiota worked the front desk. We were informed there might be a ferry strike which meant we could not leave Crete and go to Santorini. She was amazing. She made calls to the port authority, numerous times, and helped us figure out alternatives. The strike did not happen but we would have been prepared without her.
