3-Star Hotels in Naples

The location is ideal, right next to the train station. You step off the Alibus from the airport or arrive by train, and you’re already at the hotel. There are many eateries, small shops, and a supermarket just a few steps away. All the staff I met were very polite and attentive. The room was small but comfortable, with a good private bathroom. There was also a coffee machine in the room, which was a nice touch. I stayed for one night during a layover on my way back home, and they kindly offered to store my luggage until the evening.

Loved the comfortable bed, the amenities, helpful staff, and overall a very pleasant stay. Will be back!

The hotel has a great location right next to the main train station, so you can either walk to the city centre or take the metro. The airport is also easily accessible by a direct bus, with the bus stop right in front of the station. We made a last-minute reservation while on the train, so we arrived earlier than the official check-in time. Luckily, we were able to get our room without waiting, thanks to a very kind and helpful receptionist, Natasha, who took great care of all our needs. The room was spacious enough for two people, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Thank you, Natasha, for making our short stay so pleasant.

Napolitan Trips Hotel is the same location as Ostello Bello, with the same staff and facilities but the "hotel" rooms are on the fifth floor while the cafeteria and check-in, along with the hostel rooms, are on the third floor. The fifth floor is beautiful, with a spacious, comfortable, and clean hotel room. The shower was good and big! Many yongsters hanging out around there, studying or just chilling out. There are also instruments people can play on if they feel like it. We stayed two nights and the first night there was a kareokey evening. Many people took part in it and it was really fun. One thing, I am not used to but liked a lot, was that the hotel sends out "shoutouts" about things happening, like everyone was invited to a pasta at dinner time the first evening and a reminder to use the free drink "coin" we got at arrival. All day and in the evening, coffee and tea await you in the cafeteria for free. The breakfast was very good with bread, croissants, yogurts, and cereals. The hotel is very close to the big shopping street, Toledo.

I can't express how grateful we are to the staff of the Golden Hotel. They have done very much for us treating us like family. In terms of rooms it is a basic hotel, but very conveniently located and very clean. We will be happy to stay here again.

Only stayed for one night, about a 10-minute walk from the main square. The room was lovely. Only minor complaint was there wasnt enough sockets for plugs. There was only one that we could find in our room. The staff were lovely and accommodating. Nothing was too much problem. Lovely breakfast.

Location, location, location. This is really a perfect location. It is central to everything, it is quiet in the night and very alive during the day. It is close to very good restaurants, close to taxi's, close to the harbour. The rooms are comfortable, the shower and the beds are great. Best I have had in a long while in hotels, the breakfast was very nice and tasty the staff was willing to help you if you wanted something else or special. and the Wifi is really good and realable. What more do you want? I really think that there is no better place to stay in Napels. I would definitely book this hotel again.

The staff is very friendly. The location is perfect, smack in the middle of the Spanish Quarter (Historic center). Real Napoli experience!
