Everything about this place is totally above board ... Staff very attentive and always willing to do more ''no job to big for these guys '' 😊 The cleaner is a wonderful lady always happy to help and is always smiling 😊🙏 Rooms are very clean and a reasonable price .. Stone's throw to the best beach in Sri Lanka so far' very very clean

The hosts were kind and demonstrated true Sri Lankan hospitality. . Great after a long day out to be able to come back to the hotel and relax before a really good evening meal. The staff were all polite and respectful. cabana is amazing!! Very friendly staff, large rooms, nice bathroom, comfortable beds and a private parking.

Spacious room, good Wifi, nice breakfast and dinner available. The property is in a calm area, but still quite close to the beach. The hosts were very friendly and lovely, super recommended. The location is not super easy to find for the first time, but I called the host and he sent a tuk tuk to pick me up from the train station for free :)

Best place to have relaxing holiday with comfortable stay and delicious food. Highly recommend the service of this hotel. Best place to have relaxing time with best view and mouthwatering food.A very good spread of food during all three meals. The meals were excellent .Sea View rooms,very spacious and comfortable.the swimming pool was very big.Free WiFi available in the room and lobby area super fast.one word "WOW" welcoming,friendly,happy I could go on forever.Happy ,smiling,approachable,well done Hotel you have amazing reasonable rates..Beach front hotel with all facilities can recommend for vacation..

Hotel is full of trees and greeneries. It has a clean sweeming pool.A very quiet ambience.The hotel owner was very helpful. Ideal for retirees.

Chami, the owner of the Villa and Rathur were so kind in helping us with organizing for us different tours and facilities. Rathur has taught me surfing🏄‍♀️ I had two classes with Rathur and on the second one I was already confidently surfing.😍 The team has supported whatever request we had. We have traveled with family and with elders and all our family really liked the Villa and the team and their support. The rooms were very clean, which was important for us. And the Villa was located in such a good location that there was a sea food restaurant exactly behind the villa. It was very near to the market 5 minute with tuk tuk 🛺 or 10-15 minute by foot. It was near to the train which is good in case one wants to travel around by train. The beach was very clear and very near to the villa, just 10 minute walk and if you ask Rathur, he will show the shortest way to there as well. The most importantly the beach was exactly what I was expecting for swimming.

I recently stayed at Lucky Prince Villa, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The atmosphere was peaceful, the staff were friendly, and everything felt very welcoming from the moment I arrived. The breakfast and dinner were excellent—fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care. Each meal made me feel right at home. I also tried the Ayurveda massage treatment, and it was amazing. It was relaxing, professionally done, and really added to the overall comfort of my stay. I would highly recommend Lucky Prince Villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. I will definitely come back again!

The owner is wonderful, really taking care of you, and open to share good stories and details about life in Sri Lanka The breakfast is great, and the room is good size. The garden, the kitchen are a big plus.
