My recommendations for food in Karpacz:
My recommendations for food in Karpacz:
At the Schrupani restaurant (run by the same people as Oro Cavallo where we stayed, which means they offer a discount to hotel guests), we enjoyed chicken broth and pork cutlets.
In addition, I can confidently recommend the following places in Karpacz for dinner:
1. The ‘Karpacka’ restaurant in the Karpacki Spa (3 Karkonoska Street, Karpacz) serves an excellent venison (deer) goulash with Silesian dumplings and fried cabbage. We tried this dish and it was absolutely delicious. We also recommend the deer rump steak, which we haven’t tried ourselves yet, but given how perfectly the venison is prepared for the stew, we wouldn’t expect anything less than perfection from the steak.
2. The ‘U Petiego’ restaurant (10 Parkowa Street, Karpacz) serves an excellent, aromatic chicken and beef broth, as well as delicious pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon, served with a green pepper sauce. Everything was fresh and tasty. Truly excellent.
3. Bistro Pod Papryką (10 Mickiewicza Street, Karpacz) – of the three mentioned this is the restaurant closest to the Oro Cavallo Hotel: I recommend the veal goulash with potatoes or Silesian dumplings and red cabbage. The meat in the veal goulash was tender and flavourful, and the whole dish struck a perfect balance between exquisite flavour and high quality. The daily menu also features a wide selection of soups and desserts.

As a typical mountain resort, Karpacz is a bit more expensive than your usual Polish town.
The town itself is very nice, with nice churches and mountain-style houses.
I recommend visiting the alpine coaster. The dam is also nice with a nice coffee spot on the top side.

Karpacz at this time of year is quite empty, which made it very peaceful and enjoyable. It’s a charming town with great food and plenty of natural attractions. Just be sure to carry some cash, as parking often requires payment and card options aren't always available.

Very beautiful town with historical building and churches. Lovely mountain views, fantastic walks in the national parks. Personally, next time I would avoid going over Christmas, it was very busy.

The town is a lovely place for a few nights stay.
The town is a lovely place for a few nights stay. There are traditional markets/shops on the streets, it is well decorated over winter, there are many activities to do, snow in the winter and many ski lifts.
The best ski lift is for Kopa, which is an open ski lift for 4 people per seat and the views from Kopa are beautiful (and dogs travel free of charge). From there you can climb Śnieżka. Alternatively, about an hour away driving you can head to the Czech Republic and get a cable car all the way up to Śnieżka

The Wang church was a great experience.
The Wang church was a great experience. We visited the swimming pool in Hotel Golebiewski and we took the lift to the Kopa and climbed to the Sniezka. It is very easy to walk in Karpacz. We recommend the climbing park and the Alpine Coaster.

Room 6203 is fabulous with great view from balconies. The room has two levels and it is very spacious. The food was great and the staff in the restaurant is very polite and helpful. Sauna is also quite spacious and there is a barrel for cold water plunge. It is a modern hotel with 6 separate buildiyconnected together. The outside swimming pool in the the yard between the buildings and it is heated.

Świetny nocleg - teoretycznie bardzo 'podstawowy', ale spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Na plus dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, kawiarka oraz wygodne miejsce na grilla dla kilku osób. Super sypmatyczni właściciele prowadzący restaurację ze świetnym jedzenie. Darmowy parking i lokalizacja 3min spacerem od Netto i Biedronki.
Kawiarka i kawa to była bardzo miła niespodzianka ;)
