Villas in Kanapitsa

This was an AMAZING holiday for us, a family with 3 kids of various ages + we got our parents with us. The views are just breathtaking, nothing compares with waking up in a pine forest. The kids and us loved the pool. The beach downstairs is such a hidden gem!!! Totally recommend it. Outstanding! ..and most likely one of the best small beaches on the island. Our host Despina did a fantastic job to make sure we have everything we need and support us throughout the stay.

Overall, our stay at Tresor Boutique was very good — the property is charming, offering a relaxing atmosphere. However, the road leading to the house is quite steep, which might be challenging for some visitors. Still, we had a pleasant experience.

We had a wonderful week-long stay at this suite in Skiathos this past August. The accommodation is ideal for two people, offering a perfect blend of comfort and privacy. Despite being surrounded by other buildings, the suite feels remarkably quiet and private. We loved the small private pool. While not large, it's perfect for relaxing dips. We appreciated the daily inspection by the friendly gardener, which kept the pool in pristine condition throughout our stay. The cleaning service, which occurred twice during our week-long stay, was thorough and more than sufficient for our needs. The location is relatively convenient. While we rented a car, there is a bus stop within walking distance. The bus service connects to Skiathos town and various beaches, offering an alternative for those who prefer not to drive. However, do note that reaching the bus stop requires a bit of a walk, which could be a hassle especially with luggage. A supermarket just five minutes away provides all the essentials, and there's a friendly taverna at the bottom of the driveway that offers delicious frappe and takeaway options. One of the highlights was the exceptional communication with our hosts. They were extremely accommodating, even managing an early check-in to accommodate our early morning flight. The key handover process was smooth and hassle-free. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this suite to couples looking for a peaceful retreat in Skiathos.

Our stay was super! The location is just amazing, with multiple beaches just a 5-7 minute walk away. The bus station is right in front of the house, making it incredibly convenient. Our host, Vassilis (I hope I spell it right) was so friendly and welcoming, giving us the best tips on where to eat and recommending Bamboon Beach Bar, run by his son, which in our perspective is located on one of the best beaches with the most beautiful view. When we were leaving, we waited for the bus for more than 30 minutes and were afraid we would miss our ferry. Luckily, Vassilis arrived at the property, and when we asked him for a taxi number, he didn’t hesitate to drop us off at the ferry himself. His kindness and generosity truly impressed us. Our experience was just so nice. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property and the hosts are lovely! We loved the gardens and the proximity to the ocean. The outdoor patio was perfect for eating dinner and watching the sunset. We hope to come back again!

Orestis is a great host. We were two families with small children, and I can imagine how hard it is to have us anywhere - all the noise, the mess, broken dishes, and all the constant requests, but he was always there for us with a smile and positive attitude. Thank you! As for the property itself, this is a very nice place with all the necessary appliances and lots of space.

The cottage is beautiful and sparkling clean. We loved our time here.

An amazing villa in a fabulous position. Even better than the photos. Close to some really super bars and restaurants. Christos was there to meet us even though it was late and our flight was delayed.

The villa is absolutely spectacular. This is a rare occasion when the reality beats the pictures. The modern architecture, interior decorations and overall comfort are amazing. The Villa provides amazing sea-views and is located very conveniently, somewhere in the middle, close to beaches like Koukounaries or Banana, yet also close to the city center. Plenty or restaurants to choose from nearby. The infinite swimming pool was really clean.

Absolutely fabulous 😍 People, cleanliness, comfort, own pool was amazing, flowers, near great restaurants, not far to the beach and bus stop (no. 16). The owner was really caring! Fully recommending for the ones who want to fully enjoy a relaxing holiday on the Skiathos island 🤗

We had an amazing stay at Vague Summer House. The house had everything that we could need and more. The pictures do not make any justice. The garden was absolutely beautiful and we really enjoyed sitting outside for the afternoons and evenings. The location was ideal. It was equal distance to most beaches and the old city/ old port area. Vaggelis and Elena were fantastic hosts. They checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything and were very helpful with restaurant recommendations. We were very thankful for the bottles of water, juice, wine, croissants and fruits that they welcomed us with. We highly recommend this villa and hope to be back sometime soon!
