The location is perfect! It's close to restaurants on the beach, but distant enough to keep the place quite and not crowded. Our room was on the first floor with separate entrance, nice terrace and sea view. It's literally 2 min away from the beach. But the bonus is that you don't have to stay there, if you don't want to be in the crowd. We only swam and came back to chill on the terrace. The apt itself has very fresh renovation, everything is new, modern and spotless! Hosts are great! Nikos was always helpful and his mother also helped us several times. Overall great stay, very relaxing!

Everything was great. Apartment is located very close to the beach and to the city center. Free private parking was always available.

Amazing Stay – Beautiful Villa & Incredible Host! We had the most wonderful time staying at this villa. The place itself was absolutely beautiful, both inside and out – tastefully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. The location was perfect too – just a short walk to the beach and also very close to the town, which made everything super convenient. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was the owner. He was the kindest, most generous person we’ve ever met while traveling. He welcomed us with so many thoughtful gifts – from local souvenirs to wine, beer, food, snacks, and soft drinks. His hospitality went above and beyond anything we expected, and it really made us feel at home. We would 100% recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, authentic, and warm experience. Can’t wait to come back!

Big apartment for 2 persons, quite neighborhood, small market near by

Very clean, modern and comfortable. Two washrooms. Great service by host and cleaning lady.

The House is very well decorated and equipped, the yard is big. There were everything needed for a good holiday.

- Exceptional view though a very nice high balcony (from our room specifically which was the upper part with the upper balcony. At the ground floor there is another room with a very nice ground balcony but with no view). - Clean, nicely decorated and very well equipped room. - Kind, caring and cool owners (credits to Periklis and Theresa). - Good location as it is very near to Nea Kallikratia beaches and touristic center, as well as 30-50 minutes from other well known beaches (like Poseidi, Kallithea, Afitos etc)
