The Obexer's are absolutely lovely hosts. They were available anytime we needed them and took such great care of us. The apartment was extremely clean and home-y. The hot tub was amazing, we used it almost every night and it was very clean.

Location was absolutely perfect!! Talk about a perfect getaway in a very small, local town, in the mountains with an incredible view. I absolutely LOVED this place! Host was great too, gave us some extra coffee for our kitchen! The view was INCREDIBLE!

Renovated old building with exceptional quality materials, and furnishings. The pictures on the internet do not do this property justice. Located in the charming town of Sarantino in a pretty valley surrounded by spectacular mountains. Area is approximately 18 kms north of Bolzano in the Alto Adige. We had rented the entire house consisting of 3 units, containing 3 kitchens, 3 baths, 3 washing machines etc. The house was very comfortable & well appointed for our group of 11. No hesitation to recommend.
