The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the train station while remaining very close to the historic center and the port. The apartment is remarkably spacious with plenty of storage and a large bathroom, making it absolutely perfect for two people. It was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, and the host even provided fresh pastries for breakfast, which was a very thoughtful touch. Communication was friendly and seamless throughout our stay. I also highly appreciated the underfloor heating and the fact that the entire place was spotlessly clean and well-maintained.

I would recommend having both a washer AND dryer so travelers who don’t have much time can make sure their clothes are dry before repacking. Otherwise, it was absolutely perfect and an incredible value.

My stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful. The location is excellent, with parking available and close to the train station, while the city center is just a 5-minute drive away. The view of Lake Como is stunning, especially at sunset, making the experience truly special. The apartment is beautifully furnished, cozy, and spotlessly clean, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. The host, Patty, was extremely kind and helpful, assisting us with everything we needed and making our stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, if I return to Como, I would definitely choose this apartment again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at La Casetta, Como and truly enjoyed everything about it. The house itself was beautiful, peaceful, and very nicely renovated. It was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed during our stay. We really loved the atmosphere and the surrounding environment, which was calm and relaxing. What made our experience even more special was Paola. She is an incredibly kind and generous host. We arrived on a Sunday evening, and she kindly offered to pick us up from the station. Without her help, reaching the house with luggage would have been quite difficult. She was also very thoughtful and gave us useful advice before our arrival. She informed us that there are no shops close to the house and suggested we do our shopping beforehand. We followed her advice and it was absolutely the right suggestion. She also generously helped us again when we needed to get back to Como. Throughout our stay she made us feel welcome and genuinely cared for. The only thing worth mentioning is that public transportation to the area is not very convenient, and without a car it can be a little difficult to reach. But this is not related to the house itself. The house was wonderful, the hospitality was wonderful, and we would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you, Paola ❤️
