Villas in Polignano a Mare

We recently stayed at Villa Maria, a privately-owned villa located just outside the city center of Polignano al Mare. This modern villa is divided into two apartments, and as two families traveling together, we rented both. The larger ground-floor apartment boasts a spacious kitchen, a comfortable living room, and three bedrooms. The smaller upstairs apartment includes 1.5 bedrooms, with one being a walk-through room featuring a sofa bed. Notably, the ground-floor apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all three bedrooms, which was a relief during the hot summer days. The garden is tastefully designed, with beautiful evening lighting creating a wonderful ambiance. The entire property is enclosed with a sturdy gate, providing privacy and security. The pool is absolutely fantastic, large and 3 meters deep at one end, perfect for both relaxation and swimming. Additionally, there's a barbecue area available for use. Mara and her mother Maria, the owner, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided us with great restaurant recommendations and tips on local attractions. We were extremely satisfied with our stay.

The trullo was so unique and beautiful! We were a family of 4 and the accommodations were perfect for us. None of us wanted to leave. We ate Al fresco, the kids swam and our view was looking out across the Mediterranean. The grounds were so luxe and you could imagine having a sweet wedding there. A very special experience with an incredibly helpful staff! If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would.

Host went above and beyond, the refrigerator broke and a new one was delivered within 2 hours!! Highly recommend going on the boat tour with them!!

Beautiful property with a large yard, fruit trees, swimming pool and view of the ocean . The house was well stocked with all the supplies you might need for a stay, and the hosts were very helpful. The property is private and quiet.

Absolutely everything was perfect. Beautiful roof top terrace with a wonderful view of the sunrise and a lovely balcony overlooking the plaza below. The best bathroom ever!

The Essential is in a great location and the terrace was a dream! It’s covered which is a bonus for sunsets. Marco was fabulous and helped us with many things during our stay. He checked in mid stay,and arranged transportation to our car at the end which is a must! The home is on a quiet street, however just steps from all Polignano has to offer. If you have a car pay for parking! Lifesaver. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.

Great location, plenty of room. Cool basement- like apartment on 1st floor with lots of room and a sitting area outside the kitchen. Full kitchen that Paolo placed eggs, bacon, toast and all the comforts of a good breakfast! Would DEF stay here again on return visit!! Great wifi and nice outdoor sitting area

The location is perfect. The house is small but beautiful and cozy. The kitchen with a terrrace is amazing. During warm months is a plus. The place has 3 floors. The main (bigger) bedroom is located on the first floor. The second bedroom is on the second floor ( great for families with children). The 3rd floor hosts the kitchen. Anthony, the host, was very welcoming.

Location is excellent. Just in the middle of the old town. The apartment was very well kept and the details were typical of the Puglia . Excellent communication with the owner

Fantastic 3 story apartment in the heart of Polignano a Mare: close to all the restaurants, shops, coffee shops and night life, but tucked a away in a quite little street. I loved the rooftop in the early morning for a quite start of the day before the town comes alive. Great comunication with the owner who is very accommodating and always available to help.

Very spacious and modern facilities. We only enjoyed it for 1 night, but it had everything you need for long stays. Great location, just a few blocks from the main streets with restaurants and shops. Parking on a lot next to the building, so no issues there. Great communication with the hosts. Polignano is a must if you are in Puglia.

The owner was really friendly and responsive for everything on time. The apartment was really clean and comfortable with all the needed items even for a long family stay.

Amazing location. 2 min walk to via Roma. Easy to get to beaches on foot. Very clean and comfortable. Fantastic aircon. Felt a little lacking in basic amenities - eg no oil or salt or pepper etc. we found free street parking locally (just need to search and be patient!)

Quite location away from noise and traffic. The host parents are wonderful and lovely. So generous sharing the fresh fruit from their trees. The rooms are very simple and clean. We were able to park on the property. Easy ride into town. I want to thank you again for the kindness of your parents .
