Villas in Monopoli

Place is nice. Owners are nice people. Worm welcome. House is clean. Good location, easy to reach seaside and towns. Perfect place to rest.

This is a beautiful villa, and we have now stayed here twice. The location is perfect. It has parking and it is walkable to the old town with numerous bars and restaurants and to the beaches in town. It is also walkable to a grocery store. The villa itself is lovely, and the outdoor space is simply beautiful. It is a homerun so to speak:) We rented both the main villa and the smaller one bedroom apartment, so the outdoor space was dedicated to us. In the past, we rented only the smaller one bedroom apartment, and we shared the outdoor pool and space with the family renting the larger villa. The property owner, Miss Franca, is lovely, kind and very accommodating. We love Monopoli and the central location on the Puglian Coast. We look forward to our next visit to Monopoli and will stay at this same villa.

This place was incredible. When it got too hot outside it was nice to come back and cool down in the pool. They provided breakfast at a nearby cafe, but there were also enough breakfast items available in the welcome baskets so it wasn’t even necessary. The street is very near the center of activity but still quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable so sleep was a breeze. Overall the place had very modern touches and felt as luxurious as it looks.

We booked Monn Ulivo at very short notice for our second week in Puglia and loved every minute of it. We didn't have a car but luckily the hosts were able to pick us up from Monopoli and also drop us back after an evening out in town. They were so kind. In general, the apartment is spacious and bright, with a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ for cooking. Even coal and firewood was supplied which was helpful. The beds are very comfortable and the couches good quality. The pool is absolute bliss, and we spent lots of time relaxing on the comfortable lounges. The entire property is surrounded by olive groves and very quiet. There is a small supermarket and bar around 20 minutes walk from the property which has all the basics.

Amazing garden and patio to dine outside. Sense of living in a house from other times, simple and close to nature.

We self-catered for breakfast, eating out for all other meals. There was a very good selection of restaurants. The property was located about 7 minutes from the town centre and in the opposite direction to the bus and train station. We visited Bari, Ostuni, Alberobello, and Brindisi with ease. We stayed in Monopoly for 9 nights, which might have been a bit too long. If I were repeating the holiday, I would make it a two-location holiday. We are a retired couple, and I'm not sure the area is suitable for children. We had an enjoyable holiday, and our host was very attentive.

- It's a fancy, authentic-looking place with nice colours. - Excellent internet connection via an optic cable. - There is a rack to dry clothes after the beach, though it was hidden away in the kitchen. - very quiet location for undisturbed sleep. - The host provides taralli and other snacks. - Excellent organization of waste sorting.

Very beautiful and truly luxurious apartment. It had everything that was promised and more! Very elegant, functional, very clean- top notch! The apartment overlooks the sea, 15-18 min walk from the center of Monopoli, great food around! The little cove right in front of the apartment ended up being the best one to swim in, only couple of minutes walk and you are on a private beach!! The town is very charming and easy to explore, we definitely recommend! The walk from train station to apartment only 11-12 minutes.

Everything ! Fabulous apartment with everything you could need for a perfect stay in Monopoli. 15 minute walk to the old town, supermarket 2 minutes away and close to the station, with free parking outside.

The property was conveniently located near downtown Monopoli. It was perfect for our family with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Joanna was very friendly and super helpful.

Everything was great and easygoing. The hosts are wonderful and forthcoming. Anyone who goes here will enjoy it for sure.

Fabio was a fantastic host. He explained everything and showed us to some amazing restaurants in Monopoli. The house was clean and in a quiet area, and the WiFi worked perfectly.

Everything was truly excellent. The apartment is very spacious and spotlessly clean. The rooftop terrace is impressive, although due to the very high temperatures, we did not have the chance to use it very often. The air conditioning in the apartment worked perfectly, and the host was super helpful, responding very quickly to all our questions and requests.

Superb location. Wonderful host, so welcoming and with excellent recommendations for places to eat in Monopoli. We ate very well, all due to our host’s recommendations. The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped for our needs. Excellent for a couple on holiday. We visited in the off season so parking was easy to find for our rental car nearby before 5pm.
