It was perfect for us traveling with friends, one couple and two single friends. There was plenty of room, genuine 3 bathrooms, very modern, great location close to everything. The house was a nice surprise! Hosts were very helpful with answering all our questions. I don't think the photos did justice. Yes, would definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is great, quiet, and the house has plenty of space. We loved that it’s pet‑friendly and well equipped with everything you need. Independent check‑in was very convenient, and when we needed support the hosts were available and very quick to respond. We’ll definitely be back 🙂

My partner and I feel so fortunate to have spent 9 nights in this delightful country home. Our hosts made sure our stay was a lovely experience. The house is super clean, large and comfortable, beautifully decorated with both vintage and modern touches. We really enjoyed the two easy-chairs for example. The whole house (and especially the kitchen) has many large windows offering beautiful views onto the garden and surrounding countryside. It's so peaceful and there are many types of birds, plus bunnies, sheep and cows in the fields nearby giving that lovely farm feel. It's a pleasant drive to Rotorua and Hobbiton and there's a blueberry farm just a 10 minute drive away offering real fruit ice cream. The kitchen is really well equipped. Thanks again Hesta and John!
