Amazing location. You can watch the sunset from the patio. Awesome breakfast place under the property. Great restaurants within walking distance. The host is super accommodating and helpful. Street parking was always available.

Location was perfect, steps away from the beach and lookout. Check-in was simple and host was very responsive. The villa had 2 terraces and all the kitchen supplies needed. You can hear the waves from the villa which was very soothing. However we were not impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. We found hair and stains on the bedsheet, and toilet was not cleaned on the main floor.

Our stay in Calheta was truly special, and much of that is thanks to Jaci. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and her warm, thoughtful presence made it feel like we’ve met a lifelong friend. Jaci’s deep knowledge of the area gave us a strong sense of place and comfort—something that can’t be found on a map. The views were absolutely breathtaking. Each room had its own balcony, allowing us to soak in the surrounding beauty morning and night. The entire space was spotless, and every amenity was in pristine shape. You can really feel the care she puts into maintaining the home and welcoming her guests. This was more than just a stay—it was a grounding and peaceful start to our time in Madeira. I would recommend this BnB to anyone visiting the island. You’ll leave feeling rested, cared for, and connected.
