The villa is kinda out of way:no shopping, sightseeing around. I wanted a quiet place so I knew that there is nothing around, no complaints from me. Hot water is really hot, the air-conditioning is perfect 👌 the pool is great and cleaned every morning. The owners are fantastic, happy to cook early breakfast, rooms cleaned daily

Everything was great, firstly got a free room upgrade when we got there. Very clean everywhere, breakfast was lovely and quick.

We had such a great stay at Lucky Leaf Villa. The space itself is beautiful, and the location is one of my favorite parts—tucked away just enough to be quiet and peaceful, but still close to everything and in a really great area. It’s perfect for slow mornings and easy bike rides out to the rice fields. The host’s family is incredibly kind and welcoming. My son had the best time playing with their kids every day, which made the whole experience even more special for us. It really felt like a warm, friendly environment—not just a place to stay. There’s a relaxed, low-key social vibe here too. It kind of feels like a calm, cozy hostel where people naturally connect—chatting over breakfast, being friendly, but still peaceful and not overwhelming. Also, the hot water in the showers was amazing—super warm and consistent, which honestly matters more than you think when you’re traveling. Overall, I really loved my time here and would absolutely come back again.

You cannot beat the staff and the hospitality.

This is such a lovely house in a rice farming community are just on the outskirts of Hoi An. It was such a pleasure to come back to the serenity of the retreat after a busy day visiting the beautiful city. A great house for a large group of friends!

The villa is incredible, very modern and spacious. Has everything you need to have an amazing holiday . Xuan checks you in and out and is only a message away to assist you with any help you may need, Xuan booked our golf at a very good rate, transport matching the price of grab, she truly is a wonderful lady and an asset to the company. I have stayed in a Vesta property before and it was an equally amazing luxurious property and again Xuan to assist you. I thought the advertising pictures were stretched but no, it really is a massive property, every bedroom ensuite and all tastefully decorated the same throughout the house. Everything you need in the kitchen, huge bath on the roof with a sunbathing area, jacuzzi in the garden which is gated and fenced off. Great restaurant two doors away and the beach 100 Mtrs away.

Very spacious, clean, and refreshing. The pool is a great way to cool off during the heat of the day. The villa is in a quiet area of the city with good access to the historic Old Hoi An. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff gave us options to choose from every day. The hospitality staff were extremely responsive, generous, and provided many recommendations for how to explore Hoi An. One day, the hot water heater for one bathroom stopped working, and the staff had it fixed by midday. There are two separate villas, and they share the pool and an outdoor entrance. Thank you!

Incredibly comfortable. I liked the pillows and comfortable bed. The room on the second floor was very cool and even during the hot days I did not use the air conditioner. The size of the room is perfect. The owner Linh is very polite and super helpful. I would definitely stay there again. For us the location was perfect, away from the busy old town and not too far from the beach. Everything is walkable distance and on top of that the free bicycles are available to take any time. Thank you we really enjoyed our stay.

Everything: The room was big and clean, the staff is adorable, Peter will do everything to help you have a great stay . The pool is good size and clean, the location is close from everything , it’s in a quiet area. It’s 10/10 for everything .
