Wonderful staff Really good breakfast!

The facility is good, clean and super nice. I like the design and my room was so cozy, make me feel so comfortable when i stayed there. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. I will stay at Nikko whenever i go back to Haiphong.

Exceptionally hotel with amazing staff and services. I wish I had booked this hotel in all of my previous stays in Hai Phong. I just came back from a five star hotel and resort in Nha Trang, where I paid 3 times more, and yet everything is way less appealing than Pullman Hai Phong Everything is here new and modern. The room is very spacious with the amazing city view. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and attentive ❤️❤️

The apartment is in a central location and well maintained. The city view in the balcony and bedroom is exceptional. 2 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. The host is very responsive and has great communication to any of our questions

Inside a Beautiful neighborhood that’s very peaceful during the day and at night. Great choice for those who need space from the city rush. Near many stores and restaurants and not far from the main city if you take a car or scooter.

The host was very responsive, though there were some questionable practices such as asking for a deposit to keep the place even though the booking was confirmed through this platform. Also, I checked the night before and this room was posted as 15% off (owner later shared that she has a few of these rooms and did not intend to rent mine out unless she received same or higher offer with downpayment.) I had insisted that we'll pay when we get the keys but I was anxious the entire time that the apartment would be rented out to others before I can come. It was a good one-stop place for two families with 8 members in our party. The AC was strong, which is useful in this summer trip. There was a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen had 'dishes', 'cups', 'pots' and 'pans'. See dislikes for why these are in quotes.

The owner is responsive to my queries. Overall, The apartment is the same as photos. Facilities are still quite new and clean. It's close to a shopping mall, and can take taxi/bike to nearby local restaurants in a few kilometers. Still highly recommend this place to have a good stay.

Room is clean and well equipped more than a home. The public bathroom was excellent!
