The beds and sheets gave us a wonderful sleep Continental breakfast was excellent lots of choices Staff was very friendly and helpful Great stop for us

from check in to check out the staff were amazing, everything was seamless and they were always helpful or offering assistance but not pushy. The room was spacious very clean and comfortable and with a lovely view. located close to the ocean for easy access to the beach and even though there was a band music playing very close we couldnt hear the music with our balcony door closed. Also the restuarant was so good the first night we booked immediately for the second night and were not disappointed.

I love the level of effort they go to for pets. Providing cleaning products for any accidents, Treats and a bowl of water. Rooms are clean and the large carport is wonderful for those very hot or, in our case, very very wet day.

Room is clean, the bed is comfortable and the location is convenient close to shopping centre and near town everything is a walking distance.

All of the above and the personal attention to me requests.

Amazing staff, friendly and supportive

This was a last minute booking due to a cyclone, but the staff were so accommodating. They opened their onsite restaurant to ensure we did not have to go back out and always were very helpful. The rooms were a bit dated, but we would definitely book again.

The room was huge and very comfortable. I appreciated that there was an elevator to my floor. The receptionist was very kind and knowledgeable. Everything was lovely and close to everything we could possibly need.

We liked everything about the Mid City Moter Inn, we were walk to the markets, plenty of restaurants, shopping center, Blue Lagoon water park. Teh pool at the Motor inn was great spent every afternoon in it. We would definitely stay again on our next visit to Mackay.
