This cosy place was very convenient and the Host Ann & Bill thought of everything to make your stay memorable. It was the perfect base to explore the area over several days.

Charming cottage in the middle of the nature! Amazing breakfast is provided and the extra touches of the hosts make the stay even more special. I highly recommend this property and wish to come back again!

This is the ultimate "get away from it all"! From the moment I walked in the door, thge place was perfect! Very clean, beautifully presented and with all necessitites on hand.

The accommodation and location were a lovely surprise. The studio was very comfortable, well out-fitted and full of fascinating quirky items. I had beautiful views across to Bruny Island from my private deck. Patricia and Richard were very welcoming and hospitable. I felt like I was visiting with friends, not staying in a bnb. I'd definitely recommend Woodbridge and The Hill House Panaroma.

this is an architectural gem - gorgeous location and incredibly well equipped with very tasteful furniture and linens. the site is private and offers lovely views back to Tassie.

The house boat is very well presented. Everything seemed so luxurious and it was very clean. We really enjoyed sitting out at the table on the little deck watching the water activities. The weather was cold mostly while we stayed there and the heating in the living area was very good. The location was excellent.
