The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. Whenever we requested housekeeping, the room was cleaned thoroughly and promptly.
The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from. The swimming pool was also spotless, and the water temperature was perfect, making it very enjoyable.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We would definitely love to stay here again!

My friends and I spent a wonderful week at this property. Overall, our experience was very positive. The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The host was extremely helpful and always available to answer our questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The view from the property was absolutely fantastic, and the location couldn't have been better. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great vacation spot.

The hotel is modern, well-renovated, clean and the size of the room was comfortable. The fornitures was really practical and we had safe in the gardrobe. We could use the wifi easily also from our room. the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. The breakfast was magnificent with wide spectrum of dishes. The hotel offered several programs during all days. We would recommend kindly this accomodation for staying at Puerto de la Cruz.

The host was kind, he answered all our questions quickly.
The accommodation was very nice and clean. It was comfortable for our one week stay, equipped with everything we needed. There is a shop and a bakery nearby, and the sea is also a short walk away. It is worth booking a parking space in advance, as it is difficult to find in the area.

Overall the house was nice with gorgeous garden, comfortable mattresses and pillows, unfortunately not too wide beds, but we were fine. However the lack of dishwasher made the stay a bit uncomfortable, because nobody wants to do the dishes during the vacation. WiFi was good.

We stayed at Apartemento Atlanta for 4 weeks. We had our holiday here and also did some remote working. The apartment had all the facilities we needed and was very clean. The WiFi was fast and stable. We loved the beautiful view from the balcony and also enjoyed the quiet pool area.

The flat was really nice and had everything we needed for a short hiking holiday. Helmut and Irina were very helpful and communicative throughout our stay. The location of the flat is great, only a short walk to lots of nice places to eat and drink and also to the sea front. The parking space was also very useful.
