Perfect apartment in every way. Beautiful terrace overlooking the ocean and Gran Canaria, with awning, garden furniture and dining table. Excellently equipped kitchen, everything you need for cooking and more. Convenient parking in the underground parking lot. Great communication with the accommodation operator. A beautiful and safe beach a few meters from housing. An ideal place to spend a holiday with the family.

We didn’t get to stay as there wasn’t any parking any where at all
When we booked it said this hotel has parking.
We later learn you have to reserve parking though even if that was the case we drove round and round and couldn’t find a car park.
Midnight and no where to stay
If you reserve here ask for what 3 words do not rely on the address it took us down market square. Through drunken crowds and down a tram route, the worse start to a holiday we’ve ever had.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and all the necessary things are present, for example, a washing machine, a hairdryer, dishes, etc. Cleaning and changing towels every 2 days.
The location is great, close to the beach and downtown where all the fun is.
The stuff is very kind and polite, helped us with everything we needed.
This is a great place to stay for a vacation with friends.

Excellent location, close to everything, beaches, restaurants, beautiful walks. Apt was spotless with everything needed, including ample utensils, cooker, microwave, etc. Host is a gentleman and was kind enough to allow me stay beyond check out time. I would highly recommend this accommodation.
Ps. The shower hose would need to be replaced as there may be a hole in it as it is leaking water.. otherwise bathroom is perfect and washing machine was a big bonus.

Everything you could need for a self catering holiday was available in the apartment, even beach towels for us to use, the property was located within walking distance to everything but far enough away that it was peaceful from the crowds, the lady who owns the apartment couldn’t have been more accommodating, would recommend to all, excellent value for money. Would stay again in a heart beat.

The view is very beautiful, having breakfast with such a view is a great pleasure.
The staff is friendly and professional.
The animation team is EXCELLENT; they saved our vacation. Seriously, if it weren't for Victoria, Muhammad, Ali, and Jay, we would have been disappointed with our holiday.
Everything is clean everywhere.
The room is good.

A clean apartment with a view of the ocean from the balcony, good accommodation to shops and the beach, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay for both a short time and for a longer period. Thanks to Laura and Sergio everything was fine !!!
