This is our second stay at this beautiful flat and we really enjoyed our time here. The flat is extremely well positioned for accessing the high street and beach. It’s very comfortable with plenty of space for a family with 3 excellent sized bedrooms. The flat has been very tastefully renovated throughout, it’s lovely, bright, spacious and clean. Having 2 car parking spaces is really handy. The kids toys were also much appreciated! We visit Frinton regularly so I am sure we will be back for another stay 😊

I really enjoyed staying with Annie and Paul! They are lovely people and their house is gorgeous - beautifully decorated with a bright, airy feel. The room is very comfortable, the bathroom luscious and the bed (especially the pillows) very conducive to a really good night's sleep.

This is a great property if you are looking for something in Frinton. Car parking on the little driveway (for one car) and a patio to relax on after the drive there. We were three ladies staying for two nights and it was perfect for us; a great location and fully equipped with what we needed. Will definitely book again.

Very clean and tidy and very well decorated, our room was lovely and the bed was amazingly comfortable and our hosts were fantastic made us feel very welcome couldn’t do enough for us, it’s a shame we couldn’t stay longer.

Excellent breakfast and facilities.Wonderful experience staying in such a beautiful house with a lovely garden. Great location in the centre of town and nearby amenities.
Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Frinton.

Excellent accommodation as advertised. Well decorated and equipped with wifi and tv. Spacious and comfortable with plenty of room, Kitchen was excellent for a family meal. Great location on the high street and near the beach. Good instructions and advice. Very useful to have the parking. Host was friendly and flexible as we asked to stay a little longer to watch the world cup final.
