The room was fantastic we stay at the royal at least 4 times a year

I love it here i stay here each time in scarbrough

My young daughter and I had a fantastic stay here. A highlight was George who was very kind and welcoming - like nothing was too much trouble for him and he gave the place an easy going, relaxed and cozy atmosphere. He was very good with my 6 year old and let us pet his adorable dog Bruce! He made a special effort to make a particular pizza for my picky eating daughter, took care of our bikes, gave restaurant recommendations and the list goes on.... The view from the room window was nice, very relaxing we could hear the ocean. The bar had a good mix of drinks and the breakfast was amazing.

The staff always ready to help and polite the cooked breakfast as lovely. The evening entertainment was great singer on Friday night and a comedian on Saturday night definitely will be back

They were very nice and when I forgot some clothes in the room, they send them quickly by mail before we left the country. It was very much appreciated.

The location was absolutely perfect. James, who welcomed us was such a good person. Could not do enough to make our stay more comfortable. He even upgraded us to a room with the very best view. James was the best!!!

The overall stay of the holiday was great location good to be able to access local shops and the beach. The accomodation was a good size and it was well decorated. The welcome pack where you get some tea, coffee and milk to start off was great. Thank you for the chocolates from the maintenance team was nice. We would be happy to return in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay here, was really quirky, modern and clean. The beds, quilts and pillows were sooo comfy was hard to get out of bed! The apartment was really cosy, close to everywhere you need beachfront and centre of town, would stay again in future ❤️

Beautifully clean, decorated really nice, spacious and comfy, warm too. Lounge has a lovely view of the lighthouse. The location is spot on, especially if you plan on having a few late night drinks in the town. I always get anxious about parking as I drive a car that I also used for shows and the parking was spot on. Nice and secluded from public eye. The property had some basics like tea coffee milk and sugar which is always nice when you arrive at a self catering apartment. Nicola was very welcoming with her messaging and offer of late check out. We’d 100% stay again
