Everything was very good Room 103 was nice and spacious , nice bed linen, great shower Lovely evening meal in Haycock Kitchen, delicious bottle of French Pinot Noir Breakfast - full English was excellent as was the flat white and toast Would most definitely stay again Thank you to all the staff

Booked at short notice based on photos and reviews being so good and a perfect location for access to town quickly and the bonus of free on site parking. We were not dissappointed. Graham was charming kind and friendley and keeps a spotless proprty of rooms with quality towels, bedding and fittings all smelling fresh and beautifully clean. We booked the least expensive room so fully expected it to be smaller than the others however it was no less comfortable and met all our needs for this short stay perfectly. If you need more space simply book one of the other rooms. Constant snacks and drinks top ups everyday and bottled water. Nice cosy radiators you can alter yourself to suit and good quality loo and shower fittings. A lot has been made of a small space to maximise its usefullness. We loved it and would definately stay again, it offers superb value for money. Thanks so much Graham.

Excellent value and great regular stay for work.

Really clean. I was skeptical about the bed at first since it’s a couch that folds out into a bed, but it was SUPER comfortable. Location is incredible. Hot shower. I really can’t imagine finding a better place in Stamford.

We loved everything, from the moment we booked, communication was clear and helpful. Very quick response to us, we arrived late in the evening after driving for 18 hours from Spain… there was coffee and lovely biscuits waiting for us. We had a lovely hot shower and jumped into the beautiful clean white sheets.. it was like sleeping on a cloud, stunning views in the morning, had a visit from our host to tell us good spots to walk our dogs, just giving that extra attention to detail and warmth. Well equipped kitchen area, loved the Ninja oven, coffee machine, kettle , microwave and fridge all in a small, but well planned space.Loved the Fox theme.Wish we could stay longer and will definitely be back, Thank you for sharing your beautiful Den with us.

Great location in the heart of Stamford. The room was very comfortable and well designed, with many thoughtful ideas. The bathroom was luxury with beautiful toiletries and good quality towels. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent breakfast with Al a Carte choices. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location in the town centre. Very comfortable, new bed with variety of pillows. Missing some standard amenities (garbage bins in bathroom and bedroom, mirror in bedroom, paper towels in kitchen, etc) at first, but provided very quickly by the property management.

Location was perfect ,2 minute walk into town .Lovely restaurant near by the property was exceptional, love every rooms .

We were in Stamford to see Steve Cradock at the Corn Exchange, we ate at Paton & Co before the gig, the accomodation couldn't have been more convenient, very comfortable bed and everything we could possibly have needed was provided and communication with Gemma was very easy. We would happily stay here again.

The views, it was lovely watching people and the sunset over the meadows,. The owner's kindness and adaptability. The location just off the center of town.
