United KingdomThis is such a gorgeous period property, but there’s nothing musty or outdated about the rooms and fixtures. We had the smallest room but it was more than enough, the bathroom was really nice and the space is really well used - we were able to stash our suitcases in a corner and enjoy the space. We stayed on Boxing Day evening and there was just one other room occupied - it was so quiet, the staff were lovely, the breakfast spread was phenomenal - we didn’t enquire about cooked breakfast but there were so many options we didn’t feel we’d gone without. It’s so convenient for being near my brother and I don’t doubt we’ll stay again. Next time hope to try the pub too, when family obligations aren’t pressing! Can’t recommend enough.

United KingdomLovely large, bright room with everything you need plus extra special touches like bathrobes, board games, books and little vanity kits. It was exceptionally clean throughout, lovely soft bed linens and very comfortable bed.
Location is great - very peaceful and quiet and right on the South Downs link.
Host Matt was lovely - showed us round and made sure we had everything we needed.
Breakfast was all set up in the room with a selection of cereals, pastries and jams with fresh orange juice - plus biscuits with the tea/coffee facilities and nice large mugs.
We were in town for a party so regrettably didn’t get to spend as much time enjoying the room and facilities as we would have liked, but we will certainly stay here again.

The accommodation was excellent with full house facilities. Outside area was spacious for our grandchildren to play. Ground facilities excellent with swimming pool and with mannered life guard and staff, fun play house and cafe, football arena, playground.
Holiday park close to local beach with good playground and fish and chip shop which was yummy. however we went to the sandy Wittering Beach to swim, so lovely.
Asda shops just a short drive from the holiday park.
We would certainly recommend and go again.

It was very welcoming to find a selection of breakfast items when we arrived. It is very compact and spotlessly clean with all that is necessary for a short holiday.
We also liked the fact that as the accommodation is an annex of the owners house so the money paid stays in the local community and it doesn't deprive potential local house buyers.

Central and easy walking distance to Arundel centre with lots to see and do, restaurants, shops and cafes.
The apartment was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Everything provided you could need for a holiday home. The owner was kind enough to lend us his Nespresso machine because we asked if there was one there - beyond the call of duty, but much appreciated.
Plenty of parking. Great fast WiFi.
Lovely gardens and wonderful host Jo made us feel most welcome and nothing was too much trouble.

We really enjoyed our stay, it is a lovely spot in the Sussex countryside and the shepherd huts were great. However, the real highlight was the very warm welcome from Sally and so we happily recommend the accommodation.

A beautifully converted barn making very comfortable accommodation. Lovely views of the Downs from the rooms. Everything is in place to make your stay enjoyable.
The host is very friendly and she provides a lovely breakfast delivered to your room.

Location suited our particular purpose for our stay as we were within 15 min walk of train station to travel to Goodwood FOS. The accommodation was newly renovated, clean and well appointed with innovative set up to be able to make a ready meal type meal. Bedsit type set up over 2 floors with shower room and toilet on ground floor. The hosts were really lovely, great communication before arrival and during our stay.
