Everything was absolutely wonderful from the reception to the checkout. The room and the view were breathtaking, and the hotel’s location is right in the heart of nature. The restaurant was incredibly delicious, and all the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was amazing — everything was homemade. The hotel’s restaurant deserves a 10/10. I highly recommend it for relaxation and rejuvenation. I’m so happy I stayed here:)

A very welcoming hotel for our arrival into Austria. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel at home from checking in

We have been to Salzburg several times and this was our first time staying at this hotel. We will definitely be reserving here from now on! The rooms were incredibly clean and spacious and a wonderful breakfast was offered. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. They made our stay incredibly pleasant and made it hard to leave! The distance to Salzburg centre was minimal and there’s also an outlet mall nearby for rainy days. Highly recommend!

The property was beautiful and very well kept. The views were awesome. The bus into Salzburg was just around the corner and so easy and convenient. Around a 15 minute bus ride. Easy to and from Salzburg. We borrowed bikes and rode our bikes to Hellbrun Palace. It was a beautiful ride on easy paved bike trails. Breakfast was delicious and the service all around exceptional. I highly recommend.

Location was great, it couldn't be any better. It is located directly in the old town, we didn't need to use any public transport while we were staying there. Also we didn't really walk more than 15 minutes for the attractions we wanna see. Room was exceptionally beautiful and clean. They upgraded our room to the superior one, it was perfect. It has a little balcony with a great river and mountain view. Sitting there and enjoying your coffee was a real miracle. We only stayed there two days: it was snowy and sunny, a perfect combination. Decoration of the room was really good. Nice combination of the old and modern style. Hope to go back there!

Staff were kind and friendly and bus stop is near by only 2 minutes walking

Easy access to public transportation and a grocery store. The accommodations were clean and comfortable with very little road noise and no building noise. The staff was very responsive and helpful. If you're concerned about the shared bathroom/shower, don't be; it was incredibly clean and never in use when we wanted access the 2 days/nights we stayed there.

I liked the room space that was spacious, I liked the breakfast as well, the staff was super nice, the parking slot was a bit small but at the end the staff told us to park in a convenient slot. Everything was excellent. The location was just in front of the bus stop (2 min)0walk and there was a screen inside the hotel to check the arrival of the bus.
