The town of Merimbula offers comprehensive shopping.
The town of Merimbula offers comprehensive shopping. It is located central to any day trip from 30 minutes to one hour in distance. There are so many “walking” tracks and Merimbula Lake Apartments is a 15 minute flat walk into town. Parking around the shops is ample.
Many dining options are on offer both in town and surrounding areas with water views, whether it is the lake or the ocean. Seafood in abundance to either buy and cook for oneself or when out dining and there’s the thrill of seeing migrating whales (whilst having lunch at the Tathra Pub!

Without a doubt, perfectly stunning apartment with a view to die for. The main bedroom had the same view to wake up to.
The sunroom was a delight with a breakfast nook overlooking the vast expanse of the sea and Pambula beach, the beach just a 10 walk away.
The special touches were chocolates & biscuits and a bottle of red to indulge in. The pantry was well stocked with condiments, tea and coffee, a coffee machine and more.
We ate mainly in the apartment but there are some great eateries in Pambula and Merimbula which was close by.
This was the best place for a quiet break away and very private.
Definitely stay again.

Loved our walk to the Pambula river mouth just up the beach from the park. It was a beautiful spot.

Tura Beach has everything you need for a holiday stay.
Tura Beach has everything you need for a holiday stay. Golf course handy and beach views. Nice areas for short or long walks, but be prepared for some hills. Has Woolworths and other shops. Proximity to Merimbula, Bega and Tathra is good if you want a change of scenery.

My husband and I stayed in one of the spa cabins for our 9-year anniversary. We travelled from Canberra and chose the spa cabin because we were looking forward to relaxing in the spa. Overall, we had a wonderful weekend away and really enjoyed our stay.
There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. The bed was quite firm and wasn't very comfortable for us. While lying in bed, I noticed that the ceiling fan had a significant build-up of dust, which made it clear that it hadn't been cleaned for some time. As someone who helps clean cabins for my mum, I understand how important attention to detail and cleanliness are, so this stood out to me and also having a cleaning business
We also experienced problems with the Wi-Fi. It would connect to the TV occasionally, but the connection was too poor to use Netflix reliably, which was a little disappointing.
Despite these issues, we still had a lovely stay and enjoyed celebrating our anniversary. With a little more attention to cleaning and improvements to the Wi-Fi, the cabin would provide an even better experience for future guests

It's a family building experience.
It's a family building experience. Adults and children can a have a great time there and build up memories for years ahead.
There is a lot of room to improve regarding the restaurant though. I was expecting to have a chance to enjoy a nice night with a dinner and a wine but the place closes far too early for adults, something las 1800hrs. And the food comes from the take away next door! Embarrasing...
The cabin I was provided was great. Relaxing and saluting the morning kangaroos is a highlight.

Tura Beach is quiet, you can have the Beach to yourself.

The colours of Tura Beach are outstanding.
Convenience shops are nearby as well as the Country Club for meals.
Merimbula is 9 minutes away for more shopping and lots and lots of seafood. There is an abundance of Oysters.
Locals are so very welcoming.
The Sapphire Coast is an incredibly beautiful coast line.
You also have Bega and Tilba close by for day visits.
There is alot of history on the Sapphire Coast.
If you are wanting a chilled holiday, Sapphire Coast and staying at Tura Beach is the place to be.

Gorgeous beach and seaside village.
Gorgeous beach and seaside village. I’d not visited for many years - we used this as a stop over for coastal road trip to Canberra. Next time we’ll allow longer - Merimbula with its temperate climate and beautiful beaches is a perfect winter getaway from Melbourne during the school holidays.

If you like bicycle riding Pambula is a great place.
If you like bicycle riding Pambula is a great place. There are paths all around and connecting to nearby Merrimbula. Great too, is the Pamboola nature reserve for a stroll or longer walk and good place for a picnic. Jiguma nature reserve ia an other good place for a walk and gives you a good view on the Pambula beach

Very nice to go somewhere so quiet and child free.
Very nice to go somewhere so quiet and child free. Needing a break from the outside world the B&B was a change from the hustle and bustle of a larger holiday complex. Having breakfast delivered with a range of choices each day was definitely a plus. The simplicity of it all was welcome.
