The apartment was lovely, nicely designed and comfortable. I also have to mention the staff. Whenever I asked a question via the app and I asked quite a few, I got an almost immediately reply. When we arrived, the staff was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok. Will definitely stay there again, thanks.

I like that I was greeted with a smile. I like that the hotel was clean and the location of the hotel was great. I like the set up of the room it was clean. And I especially love the breakfast. It was great.

Very very clean ....lovely welcoming lady on arrival who told us everything we needed to know. Perfect location ....love the added touch of the seated and covered smoking area out the back. Everything you needed in room for a great price ....we all said we would defo stay again!

This is a place to lay your head down, it is quite large, it has a small kitchenette in the room, was clean. This place is better than many hotels in Liverpool. We recommend!
