The location is excellant and on a number of bus routes. It is s short taxi ride forn Edinburgh's West End and sevaral supermarkets on the door step. Also several pubs and eateries within a 10 minute walk.

Location, clean, friendly and helpful staff

The location is amazing — right in the new town but such a quick walk to the old town. I stayed with 3 friends and the room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was super clean and updated and the shower pressure was great and the hot water was hot! My overall favorite part of this room was that it automatically locks and that it required codes to get in so you never needed to worry about a key!

We had a great stay in Edinburgh, The location was amazing, everything at walking distance. The staff was helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable apartment, right in the heart of old town. The apartments are not manned by staff but they were great when i had trouble getting in and using the storage lockers they were very attentive on the phone and provided all the info i needed. Also received extended timeon the locker as a courtesy, alays nice to get looked after.

Courteous staff. Cleanliness. Upgraded house design. Shower. Kitchen. Walking distance to the train station. Security at home.

The property was gorgeous, location was perfect! Walk outside the door and you have the view of the castle. WOW! Had some trouble getting into the luggage room, I rang the owner and he sorted it straight away. If I come back to Edinburgh, I don’t want to stay anywhere else this was perfect! I would recommend everyone to stay here.

I recommend this property. The room was clean and cozy and modern. It is so close to bus and tram station. It is a short distance from the city center. There was a lots of bars and restaurants.

A beautiful, bright, modern and spacious apartment with every comfort. Other pluses: the kitchen is fully equiped, it has a washer/drier and parking space. The bedrooms are large with very comfortable beds, and the bathroom is also modern and spacious. It is located in a quiet area, close to the botanical garden, supermarkets, restaurants, and public transport. Highly Recommended

Great location, great price, spacious room, very clean, very nice common room. Super handy to have a fridge and kitchen and the cupboards and storage space were really nice.

Excellent location! The family room was also very spacious and had all the amenities needed, even for a long stay (like a dishwasher).

Everything was perfect , in future if i will come back and i hope i will stay again in same place .
