Upon arrival, we were given a free room upgrade to the loft suite after booking the smart studio! We were informed by Ali who was very polite and professional - huge thank you again Ali. As you can imagine, this was a very pleasant surprise and made our experience even better. The room was spacious, clean, luxurious and had everything we could possibly need for an overnight stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything works and all electrics controlled by one set of switches to turn on and off. And in the evening very quiet so got a great night of sleep after a long day attending a conference. And very spacious. The flat is very secure with a Paxton camera system and around 8 minute drive in peak traffic to a car park near all the shops. Very good value for the money.
