I loved how clean the hotel was, and the staff made me feel very welcome. Being right in the center was a huge plus. For the price, it’s hard to beat.

I would say that this is the best economical homestay I’ve seen

we were greeted by Celina, she was very friendly and helpful. I really loved the roof garden to look over the lake and city at night time. The room was very comfortable and very good quiet air con. The shower was amazing. so warm and powerful. very high standard and a good location. We both got the best nights sleep we have had in a long time. We loved the free Egg and salt coffee that we were given every day :)

The property is very clean and modern. The host is very responsive and helped me even though I got in very late from the airport. The AC was nice and overall a good experience.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible. It was so good that after traveling to another destination, I decided to come back and end my trip in the exact same hotel - that’s how much I loved it. The hotel is a little hidden and not always easy to find, but the staff always helped by explaining the directions to taxi drivers. They organized everything for me with so much care. The team was exceptionally kind - truly some of the kindest people I’ve met. They helped me with countless things every single day, always with empathy, especially at a time when I wasn’t feeling my best and was extremely tired. To give just one example of their kindness: one evening I ordered takeaway food from another restaurant. When it arrived, the staff brought it to my room beautifully arranged on a tray, with a proper plate and cutlery - even though it wasn’t food from their own kitchen. And I have so many similar examples. Breakfast is served on the top floor, and it’s good and quite varied. I didn’t try the pool, but it looked beautiful. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are good, and the water is very hot - everything was perfect. But what really made my stay unforgettable was the kindness, dedication, and genuine warmth of the staff. It’s honestly what I will remember the most from my whole trip to Vietnam - the incredible hospitality of the team at this hotel in particular.

Very good hotel . excellent breakfast, excellent staff

Location, facilities and staff… the accomodation is right by the Hoan Kiem Lake and the Fountain near the Highlands coffee building… it’s literally a stones throw away from everything…everyone of their staff including the owner were so hands on and were so accomodating… we stayed for our Christmas Holidays and they helped us celebrate it by arranging everything for us!

I reserved a private room instead of a dorm bed due to having to go up 4 flights stairs to the dorms. 2 floor was a much better fit for me. Comfortable bed, good hot water with pressure. Nice and clean & I could not hear any of the busy street noise. Nicely decorated for the Lunar New Year. The staff was very kind & helpful, especially Jocelyn & Toni. Loved them! Jocelyn was only to happy to help with tours & travel. Water was always available to refill your bottle. Very close to Kiem Lake, many restaurants & great shopping if that is what you like. All in all, a wonderful economical place to stay in Hanoi.

We verbleven hier met een groep van vijf en het appartement was erg comfortabel en bood veel privacy. Alles was dik in orde: de locatie is werkelijk onovertroffen en de prijs is zeer scherp. Het personeel en de host waren ontzettend behulpzaam en reageerden supersnel. Dit waardeerden we enorm, zeker toen we om 2:00 's nachts onze sleutels waren vergeten; ze stonden direct klaar om ons te helpen.

great value for the money, super cosy & tidy, very caring management

The apartment was clean and comfortable! The water pressure was excellent, making for a great shower experience. A water dispenser and washing machine were also provided, which added convenience. Detergent pods are available for purchase at 5,000d each. Overall, a fantastic stay—I would definitely come back again!

The apartment is located in a new building, clean and airy, with no concerns about mold or insects. The manager here is extremely friendly and dedicated, always ready to assist you with anything. More than just managing, they create a warm and lively atmosphere that makes the place truly special. Around the apartment, you will find plenty of local shops and delicious street food within just a few minutes’ walk. You can also easily visit the famous Anthropology Museum, which is only about 10 minutes away. In addition, the manager is happy to help with booking tours, train tickets, or transfers at reasonable prices with trusted partners. Just ask, and you will always receive wholehearted support ;)

best accomodation in hanoi! we really felt at home. the room was gorgeous and the coffee delicious! all the staff was so kind and friendly.
