Apartments in Bastia Umbra

We love the location, the apartment , and the staff. Silvia was amazing and very helpful and every need we had. The restaurant downstairs was excellent t and the service outstanding.

Property has a great location, staff was always available for services and in great attitude.

It was off the beaten path, serene. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace - spectacular views. The host, Beatrice, was fantastic and answered quickly when questions were asked. We would definitely stay again.

The host was very quick to respond to all questions and provided great information about how to find the apartment, access, wifi and more. This is one of the cleanest apartments we have stayed in. The location is great as it is only an 8 minute walk from the train station so can be used as a base to visit Assis, Perugia, Spoleto and more. It is also close to many restaurants. The apartment is nicely furnished, the kitchen is well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Thank you for sharing your lovely apartment.

This is definitely the best place we ever booked. The level of attention to details is unparalleled. As we arrived we were greeted by Leonardo and his big smile. Good start! The apartment is brand new, tastefully decorated. Materials look good and not cheap. The kitchen has all you need and there are plenty of welcome snacks. There is a wonderful sitting area outside which our child enjoyed a lot. Everything looks better than the pictures. Bastia is a safe, welcoming town. Easy to go anywhere, which also reminds me of the very convenient covered parking this apartment has. Bravo for maintaining such a lovely place!
