Apartments in La Spezia

We booked two rooms (one double and one single) because we wanted both to have terrace access, and we were really happy to find out they were right next to each other. Perfect for traveling as a family! Both rooms were amazingly equipped. The kitchens and bathrooms had everything we needed for our stay. Super complete! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The whole place is beautifully designed, and the view is truly amazing. We were traveling by car, so accessing the property was easy. There’s a free parking area nearby; since we visited off-season, we were able to find parking even though it was quite full. Just keep in mind that during high season it might get busy and more difficult to find a spot. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always there for anything we needed, very attentive and kind. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

It's in a beautiful location overlooking the golf. Quiet, simply beautiful. The hostess was very nice and gave us directions and info about CinqueTerre. . It was a unique experience!

The apartment was big, modern and clean. The host was super nice and always available. Big parking, closed and safe. 30 mins walking to the downtown. Park with garden 2 mins away from the apartment, perfect for dogs, illuminated in the night. The breakfast was great, lot of variety, despite of the old comments, I think the breakfast now has a lot of variety and quantity, nice place for the breakfast

Very helpful staff, helped me to carry my bags. It had everything that I needed for the nights I stayed there, for a good price. I do recommend.

The staff were very friendly. We locked ourselves out and they answered our call late at night and were lovely. The location is perfect, offers quiet and quaint setting with lots of restaurant options, a cafe, and a convenience store. Close to the train station to get to cinque terre. Would highly recommend!!! Very friendly hosts! Allowed me to wash my clothes in thier washer and hang to dry ! Very accommodating cheery and thoughtful! Clean and lovely apartment as I was a solo female! Safe and just lovely ! I would stay again loved the quaint courtyard

The apartment was centrally located and in an incredible spot. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had space air conditioning units to keep the apartment cool. Our hosts were amazing with helping us find things to do, and provide directions to certain areas.
