Apartments in São Roque

Everything! This is the best Airbnb apartment I've ever experienced. The 360 degree view is phenomenal. The room is equipped with everything you need to stay a longer period. Kitchen has all kinds of pots, utensils, even oil and spices. Washing machine and cloth hanging room are convenient. Private parking garage is safe. The property manager is very friendly and responsive.

Great location across the street from the best beach on the island. Wonderful views from the top floor of the tower building and pleasant outdoor patios. The apartment was compact but just fine for three people and had separate doors for the living room sleeping area as well as for the bedroom. Also, the sofa bed in the living room was one of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve slept on for a long while.

Marvelous views, impeccably clean and comfortable apartment, exemplary host, who even offered us free tickets to football match. Extremely helpful host: you’ll save a lot of time, money and nerve cells if you follow recommendations from Miguel about tourist attractions, restaurants and grocery shops. Easy access to underground private parking, two sets of keys, welcome pack of local cheese and Portuguese muffins, black sand beach across the street, you name it…

Great location, easy walking to restaurants and the beach. Also close to the main highway that connects you to the entire island.

We stayed in the apartment on the ground floor which has a concrete wall to the terrace rather than the glass screens on the upper floor. Views are wonderful, and it's very close to the swimming area. Good size apartment, very well equipped, bed comfortable. One of the window locks was broken, the owner had warned us in advance. Parking is close, and you can park right outside to load of you need to, it was easy to find using phone map, but the directions from the owner need updates because one of the approach roads is now one way. Getting the keys was easy.

Walking distance to Sunset Beach Cafe and sandy swimming beaches. Quite street. Private parking in front of apartment. Large one bedroom apartment. Comfortable bed. We loved the island!

Rodrigo was super quick and responsive to all inquiries, even directed us to an alternative parking area due to an unfortunate incident. The house was exactly as pictured and was very beautiful. There were also welcome snacks provided

It was a simple check in. Codes were provided to get the keys.

Absolutely amazing experience – probably the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed! The owners are truly exceptional: incredibly kind and helpful, they gave us detailed information and great tips about the island. They even washed and dried our clothes every day! The service was fantastic – we felt completely at home and were genuinely sad to leave. The location is also excellent. Highly, highly recommend!

Azor beach lodge feels like home away from home. It is clean, comfortable, rustic, and thoughtful. The views and location are incredible. I wish I had booked for the whole week as home base! We will come back one day.
