The location really can't be beat! I was lucky enough to find on-street parking nearby for really cheap. Fortunately, when I arrived in Menton, the heat wave was over and I didn't mind not having air conditioning. I could see this being an issue when the weather is extremely hot, but I was fine with just the fan. The street noise is a bit loud, so I couldn't keep the windows open overnight. The shower was particularly nice - great water pressure! Communication with the host was easy and I had no trouble finding the apartment or getting inside. I was only there one night, so I didn't use the kitchenette, but it seems like a great convenience to have. It's a small space, but is great for solo travel or couples. So close to the water and cafes and the center of town!

i can’t say enough good things about this place. i stayed there with my boyfriend for 3 nights and it was so romantic! it’s very private, very well lit with black out curtains for night, and just such a beautiful place. the walk to the property is pretty intense, so if you’re planning on doing a lot of coming and going i wouldn’t recommend choosing walking to this property. it is directly next to menton garavan train station which was very convenient for us! overall this place is great and i definitely recommend it. menton is such a beautiful city.

Everything! Clean apartment, soft towels, we got water and coffe and biscuits. Close to the supermarket and beach and in a very quiet place. I woul recomend it to anyone. The lady from the apartment is a great person! Great place.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. If I could give it an 11/10 rating, I would. The location is right in front of the beaches of Menton Garavan. It would take you less than one minute to get up from your bed and hop in the water. It’s also very close to the train station — so I was able to not only see Menton, but explore other places like Monaco and Cap d’Ail SUPER easily. The apartment in and of itself is so petite and cute. I’m traveling here solo, so it was perfect for me. I love the art selection and the design. The bathroom has hot water. The TV has every little French channel you’ll ever need. Sébastien, the owner, is probably the nicest person I’ve met on my trip. He’s so thoughtful and caring, and he knows everything there is to know about Menton and the South of France! He was always checking in to see if I needed anything, and he gave me so many great recommendations! I wish I could’ve stayed longer. I’m so glad I chose this apartment.

From the moment Joyce met us at the property everything was great. The apartment was spotless with all amenities you would need. The town centre was just a short walk as were the beachfront restaurants. We drove so the carparking directly in front of the building was a bonus. The communication from Joyce was also excellent. The apartment location was wonderful for our family, across the street from a lovely beach and short walk to all that Menton has to offer. The porch was spacious with more than 180 degree views from the Alps to the East to historic city to the West. The host was attentive and helpful.
