Perfect location private gate at the bottom of the gardens that takes you out virtually on to the beach and straight into town. Grounds were gorgeous, lovely breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful, swimming pool with loungers newly refurbished was excellent. 24 hr bar was a bonus if your a late arrival. Rooms and beds very clean and comfortable. Nice bath rooms. Pictures of this hotel don’t do it justice.

Perfect location in a pretty village, close to pubs, shops, cafe, beach, ferry across to Teignmouth. Full English breakfast every morning, always greeted with a smile from the excellent staff.

A lovely location, never know if such a lovely seaside town, hotel a lovely few mins walk through the gardens of the hotel. The pool is lovely and quaint and the terrace for the bar catches the sun. Staff very friendly, chatty and engaging.

Location is so central. It doesn’t seem like it as you continue up a steep hill but it has access to the beachfront via a gate at the end of the grounds.( which are stunning)

Lovely apartment with stunning view - everything as described in the advert. Everything was super clean and as described. Perfect location with a walking distance to the beach and local shops. Plenty of different activities in the area.
